I went for the Vegan options and I was not disappointed. The veggie bao, the vegan ramen and the vegan dessert were very tasty and made with good quality ingredients. The dessert especially, cervello di scimmia, is one of the most particular things that I have ever tasted, a whole experience on its own. The man serving the table was very friendly and nice too. I recommend.

La fama di cui gode se la merita tutta! Arredamento, servizio, ramen, atmosfera: tutto superlativo! Ma i veri fuoriclasse sono i bao: mai mangiati di così buoni!

I had lunch today at verderamen, I was deeply impressed by both the exquisite cuisine and the impeccable service. bold flavors and beautiful presentation.

Excellent and plentiful ramen, absolutely reasonable prices.
I haven't tried the bao and takoyaki but I'm told they are very good too
Too bad it's a small place and a little inconvenient to park nearby

Come gusto non si discute, il ramen è pazzesco. Non solo il ramen, pure il resto del menù. Tuttavia trovo abbastanza inaccettabili i prezzi in relazione alla quantità di cibo data. 15€ per un ramen che ha dentro giusto 5 forchettate di spaghetti, tre fettine sottili di maiale e due germogli di bambù? Avevo ancora dalle, mai successo dopo un ramen
