Probably the best ramen in Brescia, truly delicious and brings you back to life, it is recommended to show up during opening hours on weekends to avoid getting on the waiting list

I went to dinner with friends and for the first time we ate ramen, what can I say... really good, a must try! Nice place, wide choice on the menu and excellent service, highly recommended!

Very good ramen, although too fusion compared to authentic flavors. Unfortunately you cannot book but you can only leave your name when you arrive in the area. It would be better to insert two shifts to allow for some turnover, or at least give notice by giving indicative times. I recommend the vegan ramen and the pork bao. Desserts a little scarce, it would be nice to add tayaki. Arigatou.

Tried 2 different types of ramen, both very good! The kombucha and kimchie are homemade!

We had a lunch of ramen and bao, very good Ramen, really good noodles like the Bao, excellent service, excellent prices, excellent value for money, I highly recommend going by and having their truly delicious traditional Ramen

Excellent restaurant in the historic center of Brescia where you can eat ramen with a touch of local fusion. Worth highlighting is the choice of local craft beers, in addition to the usual "industrial" beers. The products all seemed to be top quality, the menu is not too long, but at the same time it appears to be complete. The service is very friendly and fast, the prices honest considering the dishes offered and the central area. It is not possible to book, so if the place is full you must leave your name and wait for the table to become available. The only serious flaw: the local ventilation system/kitchen hoods needed to be reviewed, as once we left the restaurant we realized that we had been pervaded by cooking fumes from the kitchens, with heavily impregnated clothes, which was quite unpleasant for the rest of the evening. Must try!

An oriental themed place, I advise you to arm yourself with patience because they don't accept reservations but they put you on a list when you reach the restaurant (on Saturday evening we arrived at 9.30pm and we didn't get a seat until 10pm). The menu is well illustrated and the staff is ready to propose and explain the dishes. The Rovato ramen we had was really good, spicy and full-bodied, the meat melted in the broth, the egg was cooked to perfection, and the portion was generous (you won't leave hungry here). I wasn't convinced by the Bao with pork because the meat was a bit rubbery and it was difficult to eat. The salmon one is good. The prices are fair for the quantity and quality of the food. I recommend going there, perhaps during the week with more peace of mind, to savor intense, different and authentic flavours

The ramen made here is absolutely unsurpassed for the entire city of Brescia. I think it's absolutely my favorite place. The staff is very knowledgeable and very friendly. The dishes are all good, generous portions and also an excellent pairing upon request with Sake. It's a shame I can't give six stars, they deserve it.

I ate the "rovato" ramen because I thought the broth of the others was too light, the broth of this one was thick and had an intense meat flavor and the slices were very soft. The dish is plentiful so you won't leave hungry! They don't take reservations, but the line goes quickly. Clean, warm and welcoming environment.
