The staff is phenomenal, ready for anything and truly kind; the place is intimate and fairytale-like, and what can I say about the dishes: if you want to taste the true flavor of ramen, come here 🍜😋⭐️

The restaurant is located in a somewhat unfavorable area where parking is difficult. I had the ramen, but it was a bit bland and heavy... the meat was overcooked and a bit dry. I'd like to return to try the bao.
After several years, I returned to try the bao and re-evaluated the restaurant. I really liked them: delicate, fresh, light, and flavorful at the same time. I also had the coconut and chocolate dessert and found it truly delicious and very filling.

The place is small, so you'll definitely have to wait on the weekend, but it's definitely worth it: the ramen is really good with delicate flavors, and all the other dishes we ordered were also very good. The staff is very kind and available for any requests or clarifications about the menu. Highly recommended; in my opinion, one of the best ramen.

Best ramen in the city, and perhaps even in all of Lombardy. Fusion dishes of Asian and Brescian cuisine that will leave you speechless (try the beef ramen in olive oil, incredible). Vegetarian/vegan options aren't extensive, but what they do have is delicious. Extremely fair prices for the quality and quantity. If you're passing through Brescia, you have to stop here.

Ramen near the center of Brescia offers generally quite good food, pleasant flavors, and satisfying portions. However, the place is very small, and the seating isn't particularly comfortable, especially when it's crowded. Furthermore, the atmosphere is quite noisy: the loud voices make it difficult to understand people talking next to you, even at the same table. The experience is decent, but room and comfort could be improved.

Very tasty. Good but salty, a little too salty. Both the ramen and the other dishes.
But the place is very cute and comfortable, larger than it looks from the outside. And the service is excellent 👌🏻

Amazing ramen, I had the chashu wangton truffle. Considering I ate it 10 days after returning from Japan, it was surprisingly good. The sake pairing was also delicious, a great recommendation from one of the staff. The pork belly bao was also very good. Highly recommended.
