Excellent restaurant with traditional Japanese cuisine! The food is of excellent quality, quantity, and above all, very fast. The interior is nice and intimate, but be careful with reservations! They are not accepted as they are reviving Japanese tradition. I highly recommend it.

The place is in a somewhat unfavorable area where parking is difficult. I had the ramen, but it was a bit bland and heavy. The meat was overcooked and a bit dry. I'd like to go back to try the bao.

🔥Highly recommended🔥 🍜The best ramen in Brescia 🇮🇹 A cozy place to eat ramen while you're sightseeing in Brescia. The staff is very friendly and patient, and of course, the food is delicious. I ordered the vegetarian ramen 🍜 , iced green tea 🍵 and Japanese chiffon cake. Thank you Chiara and Domenico, you’re the best 👏👏👏

Siamo andati a Verderamen perché ci è stato consigliato da amici e non siamo stati assolutamente delusi. Locale carino, personale disponibile e cordiale, cibo ottimo. Consiglio il Tantanmen, Miso Ramen e il Buta bao. Davvero ottimi!
