Verdemare In Sorrento

My wife and I ate at this delicious restaurant on Sunday evening, September 21, 2025. The welcome was excellent and friendly. They recommended the catch of the day, and it was an unforgettable taste surprise. The calamari was the best I've ever had. The pizza was excellent. I'm also writing this review to remind myself where to go again. PS. Try the zuppa inglese... simply fantastic.

The food was good. Reservations are recommended on weekends. The staff wasn't very friendly. I was a bit disappointed.

We're staying at the hotel next door, so we decided to stop by for lunch one day, and it was a great choice. Quality food, a fair price for Sorrento, and the staff was fantastic. We paid €58 for two people, including lunch and two 66cl Peroni bottles.

This restaurant was recommended by our transfer driver and it did not disappoint.We ended up going 2 nights in a row for dinner. We had the chicken pollo, cannelloni, ravioli and spaghetti vongole (clams) and the affogato. We are thinking of coming back again and trying the pizza next. Very taste traditional food and lovely waitstaff.

What i can tell you about this restaurant, its more than 5 stars, local restaurant very authentic, the food was very very tasty, the service more than 10 stars, love it so much, racommanded when you are in sorrento, one of the best places i ate in my trip in amalfi coast

A great find near the Metropole Hotel! I found it by chance during my stay and had a wonderful meal: tasty dishes, friendly, and helpful staff. It's a shame I didn't try the pizza; it looked really good! Fair prices and high quality. Highly recommended if you're in the Sorrento area.

Had dinner in here while staying at La Solara hotel which is a relatively short walk away. Great food and a lovely location. Staff are very friendly also, would highly recommend visiting this place. All of the food coming out of the kitchen and the pizza looked amazing. Will definitely revisit next time I am in Sorrento

Este es un encantador restaurante con comida local, incluyendo verduras de su propio jardín. El servicio es muy bueno y el personal es muy amable, hablando excelente inglés. Sirven pizzas estupendas (la pizza solo está disponible por las noches, no en el almuerzo) Fuimos dos veces durante nuestras vacaciones, ya que estábamos alojados en el Hotel Metropole al lado, que por cierto sirve buena comida, pero solo nos apetecía un cambio. Hay hermosos desiertos y una carta de vinos a un precio razonable. Los precios de los alimentos son comparables a los de la zona. El ambiente es genial, tanto por dentro como por fuera.

Al lado del Hotel Metropole. Comimos allí la mayoría de las noches. Increíbles pizzas pero revisa lo que dice que incluye y si quieres decir tomates también solo pregunta. . no cobraron más. Pedí una pizza de 4 quesos y eso es lo que vino la próxima vez pidió y muy feliz de agradecer. . Hay un tipo haciendo pizzas que puedes ver. Pasta hermosa y los desiertos grandes y grandes para compartir. Precios muy razonables en comparación con el pueblo y genial no tener que caminar de ida y vuelta después de un día fuera. Personal amable, y cada uno tiene su trabajo que hacen eficientemente, por ejemplo, uno toma y describe la comida, otro sirve, otro hace las bebidas pero increíble trabajo en equipo. Si vas el fin de semana o tarde necesitas reservar. Muchos locales van, así que eso siempre es un buen anuncio.
