Fantastic pastry shop, everything always fresh, good, and high-quality. Always crowded, so it's not for those in a hurry. There's limited seating outside, but I understand that's not their fault.

08/12/2025: The ambiance itself, like all the restaurants I've tried in Volterra so far, is very pleasant and well-suited to table service. The staff is quick and polite, but that doesn't mean the real pizza isn't something else entirely; a pizzeria by the slice rarely offers even excellent round pizzas. All in all, the crust is passable, but the ingredients need to be top-quality, and I'd recommend rethinking this a bit (the radicchio was almost inedible). I'm giving it 3 stars to encourage them to do better and because the pizza is also quite affordable, considering the location's central location in Volterra (wonderful).

15/03/2026: Today I want to say a few words to the young man who clears and cleans the tables at McDonald's. We often walk into the restaurant, eat quickly, and leave without thinking about the person who comes afterward to clean up everything we leave behind. He's always there, collecting trays, cleaning tables, and getting everything ready for the next customer. It's a job that many don't even notice, but it's essential for everything to run smoothly. You can tell he does it with effort and patience. While others enjoy their food, he's working tirelessly, going from table to table with a smile and respect for everyone. Sometimes he even picks up things we could have thrown away ourselves, without complaining. It's easy to overlook this kind of work, but behind it all is a person who is working hard every day. I wish more people would take a moment to think about it and appreciate those who do these tasks that many don't want to do. Thank you for your work and for keeping the place clean for everyone. Even if many don't say it, I'm sure more than one person appreciates it.
05/03/2026: Good but it’s a shame that you have to pay to go to the toilet even if you order, just because you are not a client! You have to create an account to go!
