I think that were just unlucky this evening, since it seemed like an overall off-night. There might have been more interesting guests consuming wine. Food was okay, but overall underwhelming. Based on the food and service I cannot understand the overall ratings nor the price. We had been at dell'Arco and Petricore the same weekend and this was not even close. But then again, we all have an off-night and we might just have been unlucky. YMMV. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Our visit to Ventuno in Alba was a truly wonderful experience. The food was outstanding: fresh, creative, and beautifully prepared, the dishes finely balanced and lovingly presented. The wines complemented the dishes perfectly. The hospitality wasn't the main focus, but it was still pleasant enough to round out the visit. Ventuno impresses above all with its excellent cuisine and modern, stylish atmosphere—a place that every food lover should definitely visit.

The appetizers were excellent. The main courses, not so much. A very wide selection of wines. The service was impeccable. A very good experience, well worth it.

A few traditional dishes, but mostly creative and delicious new offerings. Incredible wine list. Lights were a bit bright. Can't wait to go again!

We really enjoyed the fabulous dishes which are more or less fusion kitchen between Napoli and Piemont. The fish was so fresh and prepared in such a smart way which definitely deserve the 5 stars. The Ambiente is modern, stylish and clean. It wasn’t loud and we could nicely communicate during dinner even though guests were served on all tables.

The appetizer was the most delicious but unfortunately the truffle pasta was bad. The pasta was really sticky and difficult to eat. The service was basically friendly but sometimes a bit arrogant. The atmosphere in the restaurant was nice and especially on the terrace very atmospheric.

An amazing restaurant in the heart of Alba. My partner and I went here for dinner and it was incredible. The antipasti dishes that we got were delicious, and the pastas perfectly cooked and flavourful. The truffle pasta was the best I’d had in the region!

One of my favorite restaurants in the Alba, Langhe, and Roero area. Located in the center of Alba, it's recently renovated, beautiful, and welcoming. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The wine list is extensive, offering excellent value. You'll find unique labels, and to avoid getting lost, I recommend asking the expert Francesco. Now, let's talk about the cuisine. The menu features modern Neapolitan dishes, seafood, and traditional Piedmontese dishes. They also pay great attention to seasonal ingredients. The highlight is the pasta! Signora Pastasciutta! Chef Alfonso worked with Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo, and it shows. A constant search for the freshest ingredients, expert hands, and an incredible sense of taste make this restaurant a local gem. Unique in this area for the type of cuisine it offers. I go often with family, friends, and colleagues. Lastly, and most importantly, I consider the food price to be low for this area, considering the quality of the ingredients used.

Beautiful venue with excellent view. Definitely worth a visit. We were a party of 4 people. 3 of us ordered pasta. Each of us found the pasta very disappointing. However desserts were very good.

We had a truly excellent experience at Ristorante Ventuno.1. Everything was impeccable: from the food to the service. We ordered the spaghetti with tomato sauce, a simple dish that here is transformed into something extraordinary: perfectly al dente, with a rich, flavorful sauce and the aroma of fresh basil. The meatballs, soft and flavorful, won us over from the first bite. To finish, we chose the Neapolitan sfogliatella: fragrant, rich, and truly delicious. A perfect finale. The service was attentive, friendly, and professional. The quality-price ratio was also excellent, something increasingly rare. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!
