Perfect as a morning breakfast tobacconist bar. Very kind and communicative in the service. More than good breakfast products. The kindness, the classic bar service, and the wide choice of tobacconist services (including payments for the public administration!!!) fully deserve the 4 stars. As for food for lunch, I would say a 7.5 in the sense that it is at an excellent level but within the bar range.
We lived near this place and had breakfast at this establishment every morning. They have amazing piadinas and paninis for every taste, amazing pastries, good tasty coffee, and all this is inexpensive, which was important for us. Large hearty portions and pleasant staff.
