This is the place where local people eat panzerotti….not so much publicity, but real good food. Open at 7 pm for dinner. It is self service but they care about you. I took one with come di rapa, one with mortadella and provola, and one suggested by the chef (meat and tomato sauce). The location is on the top of the wall of the old town in Bari

In a beautiful panoramic place you can taste good typical panzerotti like the homemade ones in all their variations from the typical one to the braciola filling, very friendly and homely service all this is recommended

Delicious panzerotti, a huge selection, and reasonable, fair prices. The place has very little outside space, where most of the customers gather. The baskets are equally small, and they almost overflow.

I visited this panzerotti on a Thursday evening.
I didn't sit down, but enjoyed my panzerotto at the outdoor tables, overlooking the city walls of Bari.
The service is simple, almost "homemade," but it works: in fact, I didn't have to wait long.
Let's get to the highlight: the panzerotti.
Fried only, with a pleasant, well-cooked dough and a generous, flavorful filling. The classic one costs just 2 euros, while the most expensive one (I think the braciola one) is around 4.50 or 5 euros.
On weekends, the waits are longer, but it's worth it.
I highly recommend a visit!
