One of the best ice cream shops in Italy, without a doubt. The counter staff, made up of several employees, was extraordinarily friendly. I ordered two large tubs, but they mistakenly served me one large and one small. When I realized the mistake, after having consumed about half of each tub, I returned to report the incident. The employees, very courteously, provided me with a new large tub free of charge without the slightest objection. Seeing such attentive customer service is truly gratifying, and when you add to that the exceptional quality of the ice cream, as is the case here, it becomes an establishment I highly recommend. Thank you very much.
