I think the high reviews for this bakery are fueled by foreigners who, having never seen a quality bakery in their own country, are impressed by the selection and variety. The reality, in my experience, is that while it's a good bakery, it's nothing exceptional. The whole-wheat schiacciata is very bland, the cecina is so-so, and the mini-pizzas need some updating. Overall, it works great, and I'm happy with it, especially considering its location, but it's not a place I'd return to.

Egal, ob man Lust auf süß oder salziges hat, In dieser traditionellen und sehr bekannten Florentina Bäckerei gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt und alles ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die hausgemachten Brot Backwaren sowie die Süßen Spezialitäten sehr zu empfehlen sind die Croissants,die wenn sie Glück haben auch noch warm serviert werden.
