We tried the restaurant on a Sunday lunchtime. We had a great time. Excellent food, friendly service, and reasonable prices. Reservations are recommended.

The staff are kind and welcoming, with a touch of friendliness that never hurts. The risotto with toma cheese is a must-try, highly recommended.

For the second time in a decade, we decided to spend a day at the Sacro Monte di Varallo, and as with our previous visit, we stopped for lunch at the restaurant of the Albergo Ristorante Sacro Monte. The lunch was excellent, with a wide selection of dishes, well-prepared and beautifully served. The dining room was quiet and bright, so we enjoyed it very much.

Sacro Monte di Varallo is a must-see, and while you're there, be sure to stop by this restaurant. A quaint venue with beautiful interiors steeped in history and a spacious outdoor area in the summer. Excellent cuisine.

Wonderful hotel! Unfortunately, I only stayed one night, but I could have stayed longer. If you want to spend hours or days in the tranquility of the Sacro Monte, surrounded by greenery and silence, this is the ideal place (obviously, depending on the time of year, it may be more or less crowded). The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. The dining room is beautiful, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. I hope to return soon.

During our visit to the Sanctuary, we had lunch at the restaurant of the Sacro Monte di Varallo hotel. We were captivated by the cuisine, which masterfully showcases the excellent local ingredients. The dishes are meticulously prepared, beautifully presented, and incredibly flavorful—a true celebration of Piedmontese tradition with a refined touch. The service was impeccable: professional, discreet, and yet warm. A special mention goes to Maria Grazia, the true soul of the welcome, who with her kindness, friendliness, and extraordinary attention made us feel immediately at home. Her smile and the care she devotes to each guest make the stay a unique experience. Highly recommended for those seeking not only good food, but also a sincere atmosphere and authentic hospitality.

A restaurant with excellent Italian food, excellent service and the friendly waitress even speaks English. The entire complex is worth a visit, the surrounding view is great.
