30/08/2024: Prices not related to the offer! Disappointment! Bar fridge contained 3 small cartons of water! An adequate bathroom kit was missing. No conditioner and shampoo with shower gel in the usual bottle, therefore "saving". The request for a hair diffuser was not fulfilled. It was difficult to even get La Gazzetta in the morning
It didn't arrive before 10am. Inadequate staff especially at reception and in the dining room. A thousand small shortcomings which unfortunately denote a substantial inconsistency in the "quality/price" ratio! Tablecloths for breakfast non-existent! Request for adequately long bed for tall son was not satisfied. Nice room, swimming pool too but the gazebos old and full of cobwebs. Shuttle service ok and beach valid
03/08/2024: We had stayed in this hotel for two weeks in July last year, and we were so satisfied that we wanted to repeat the experience again this year, again for two weeks, despite the sharp increase in prices which were already high. It's a shame that a lot of things have changed this year. Starting with the management which has proven not to be up to par with a 4* hotel in Punta Ala, DEFINITELY NOT FOR CUSTOMERS GIVEN WHAT THEY PAY.
0Breakfast with limited variety and discount products, to have a vegan brioche (which can now also be found in motorway restaurants) we had to have our Tour Operator intervene, only three cakes always the same, fruit only melon and pineapple and some mornings only pineapple, to make a cappuccino the staff argued among themselves for half an hour, there was often no hot water for tea, table without even a piece of paper on it, room for breakfast, lunch and dinner OUTSIDE ONLY BY THE POOL in the sun and in the heat of 40° Every evening with steaming barbecues that smoked the air and depending on how the wind blew you would come to your room or to the pool or while you were sitting there eating.
Complete absence of air conditioning in the common areas, given that the rooms that last year were elegantly set up for breakfast and dinner have this year become playrooms for children.
No relaxation area or TV as the lounge has been emptied of sofas.
No air-conditioned bar area to stay in the evening for a drink, except by the pool with the mosquitoes making fun of you.
Deluxe Room: change of sheets every other day, no extra pillows of different weights, no evening turndown, no bathrobes, often mismatched towels, no tap and limescale maintenance, faulty safety lock, good cleaning, but let's remember that we are talking about a Deluxe in a 4*!
Beach towels to be collected at reception in exchange for stamps. In a 4* hotel, given what I pay, you have to let me find the towels in the room or on the beach.
Michel at the reception, and the maitre Mr. Antonio are always kind, friendly, but without losing the PROFESSIONALISM that is often missing in everything else.
Excellent beach and shuttle. Elena and Giovanni are always friendly.
Things must be said for better or for worse, because the customer DOES NOT COME FOR FREE and especially when he was only there the year before he expects you to find what he left behind, and above all what he sees in the videos and hotel brochures .
