A true trattoria, with extraordinary dishes. I had the tagliolini with duck and the ravioli with butter and sage, which were amazing, not to mention the duck in porchetta.

We went to Anghiari, a delightful but decidedly untouristic village. Since it was incredibly hot, we were able to visit only a small part of it and took refuge at the Vecchia Osteria La Pergola. We ate in the outside garden where there is a beautiful pergola.

Discovered by chance, passing by. You enter a bar and find an environment with several rustic-style rooms where you can eat excellent genuine and traditional food. Friendly staff, clean place

29/08/2025: A wonderful location. Fantastic food of the highest quality, decidedly gourmet but plentiful. Excellent wine. The chef coming to say hello is fantastic. The lady in charge of the dining room is truly a lady. The surprise of the divine ambrosia at the end. We were there a few years ago. We'll be back.
08/08/2025: Dining at Ambrosia Restaurant in Cortona was an incredible culinary experience! The location is quaint and welcoming, and the dishes are superb in quality, flavors, presentation, and food pairing. But what made the experience even more special was Chef Matteo, who is not only an impeccable professional but also a warm and passionate person. We had the pleasure of attending one of his cooking classes and were won over by his passion and ability to share knowledge. I highly recommend this restaurant to food lovers, to anyone looking for a high-quality culinary experience and a welcoming atmosphere.

Ristorante Camaldoli di Tassini

25/08/2025: The schiacciate are very good. They're excellent both at the outdoor tables and as a packed lunch. The prices are perhaps a little high for the schiacciate, but the products are still top-quality. The desserts at the bar are also delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful.
