I left a 5-star review a while back, but unfortunately I had to revise it. The food remains excellent, with carefully prepared, high-quality dishes. However, the service has significantly deteriorated: despite the price increase, customer service has declined. The waiters seem overwhelmed, often forgetting cutlery or failing to explain the dishes being served. Perhaps the restaurant welcomes more customers than it can properly handle. A real shame, because the food and the bill deserve a worthy experience.

Although the service is excellent for the quality of the catch, nothing escapes the meticulous Chef Gennaro d'Ignazio and Giovanni Parnanzone, his "adventure companion," with their talented young staff, who offer quality and attentive service in the selection of the various menus offered. Highly recommended for the aromas, flavors, and skillful use of top-quality ingredients, carefully selected: each dish is a thoughtful narration of the Adriatic Sea and its catch, never overlooking any detail. Hats off to Chef Gennaro d'Ignazio, also the creator of "Fresco," and to Giovanni Parnanzone, ad Maiora!

Pesce freschissimo e preparato magistralmente. Carta dei vini molto interessante. Peccato non poter mettere 5 palle per via del servizio che è stato lentissimo e a tratti manchevole (tipo che hanno portato le pietanze ma non avevamo le posate...)
