Like a cult place from a RENATO POZZETTO film... We go for all-fish (not ditch fish), very good and not overdone with spices to hide its low quality. The portions are very generous (justifying the price of the dish). The fried food looks over-fried, but the grilled food is very good. And the torta pinguí? It's praised, but ala fí lè na türta paradiso with Nutella and cream! The evening is a bit slow. There are several rooms that create a sense of atmosphere. Overall, GO...but be careful of the fog.

Ad aprile, in occasione del battesimo di mia figlia, abbiamo scelto il ristorante Vecchia Casina per festeggiare questo momento speciale, proprio il giorno di Pasquetta. Non avremmo potuto fare scelta migliore. L’accoglienza e il trattamento ricevuti sono stati semplicemente impeccabili — ci siamo sentiti coccolati come dei re. Se ci fossero mancati solo i guanti, sembrava quasi un servizio regale! Abbiamo mangiato divinamente: il pesce era freschissimo e si scioglieva letteralmente in bocca, piatti preparati con grande cura e qualità altissima. Ogni portata è stata una vera delizia. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e attento ad ogni singolo dettaglio, sempre disponibile e pronto a soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza. Un ringraziamento speciale va alla titolare, una donna straordinaria e sempre pronta ad accogliere con il sorriso ogni piccolo cambiamento o richiesta improvvisa che le abbiamo presentato. Vorrei davvero invitarvi ad andare di persona e provare quello che sto descrivendo: merita assolutamente. Anche l’ambiente è impeccabile: la pulizia è evidente in ogni angolo, senza una ragnatela o una macchia fuori posto; i bagni sono sempre ordinati e perfetti. Il tutto accompagnato da un’atmosfera calda e accogliente, che ti fa sentire come a casa. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff della Vecchia Casina per aver reso indimenticabile questa giornata per la nostra famiglia!

We celebrated our daughter's baptism at the Vecchia Casina restaurant on Easter Monday, and it was a wonderful experience. The welcome was excellent, the staff very kind and always attentive to every detail. We felt treated like royalty! We ate very fresh fish, cooked to perfection: it melted in your mouth. Everything on the menu was of the highest quality. The owner is a special person, always available and ready to satisfy our every request, even with last minute changes. The place is very clean, with attention to every corner, with bathrooms that are always tidy and fragrant. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, just like at home.
