We have appreciated the place for years for the variety of proposals always with quality "raw materials" expertly treated. This time we tried the vegan menu (see photo): excellent also in presentation, quantities almost abundant for us. It was a pleasure to then be able to exchange a few words with the chef about some details of the preparation.

I have known this restaurant for years, a temporary and equally welcoming location. Staff always ready with a smile to satisfy every need. Pizza for celiacs and lactose-free, gluten-free beer, cuisine for vegetarians and vegans, first choice meats and cured meats, you can find all this at Gimbo. Thank you for your hard and valuable work! We will come back for sure.
A little advice: if you want to go and eat at Vecchi Ricordi, it's better to call to book a table, sometimes there's no room...

Ci piace andare da Gimbo perché ogni volta troviamo una squisita gentilezza, una bellissima accoglienza, un servizio di altissima qualità, il cibo buonissimo e per tutti i gusti. Un posto dove si sta bene!
