We have been Gimbo customers for a long time. The pizza is unparalleled (my favorite is the Trevisani, made without tomatoes), and the different doughs are interesting. The cuisine is varied, refined, with plenty of choice even for vegetarians and vegans. The desserts are also very good, both the cakes and the creams and semifreddos. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the prices are very reasonable.

The vegan menu is exquisite and reflects an expertise and competence in the field of dishes of this cuisine that I have rarely encountered (only in a well-known Milanese vegan restaurant). Angelo has a rare skill that comes from an in-depth study of raw materials, combined with a passion that deserves applause! 5 stars are not enough! 10!

It has been our go-to restaurant for many years. Excellent quality food and welcoming service. It feels like family. Guarantee and variety on the menu even for those like me who suffer from food intolerances. Vegan dishes are always present on the menu, which are delicious even for those who do not prefer this diet.

Ci piace andare da Gimbo perché ogni volta troviamo una squisita gentilezza, una bellissima accoglienza, un servizio di altissima qualità, il cibo buonissimo e per tutti i gusti. Un posto dove si sta bene!

09/02/2025: The restaurant is modern and welcoming, friendly staff, there is a wide choice of Argentine meat both grilled and pan-fried, absolutely recommended.
06/02/2025: Very good menu, 1r 2n and accompaniment + drink and coffee for €14.50 Very fast and friendly service and very good food. We recommend it!!!!
