Given the daunting task of managing my group of over 75s during a memorable evening at the Vecchi Ricordi restaurant (Gimbo), we were greeted with a smile and kindness by the owner and his staff, who professionally indicated our location. The restaurant was excellent and themed with heating. The menu was delicate and refined. This refinement was motivated by the appropriate placement of ingredients for each course. The mastery and skill of the chefs was sublime. The table service provided by the staff was equally excellent. The red nectar of the gods, or rather the white wine, was excellent. All this was crowned by the friendliness, professionalism, and dedication of the staff. Thank you, Gimbo.

Whenever I return to the Valley and look for a reliable dinner, Gimbo never disappoints. Excellent pizza, great service, and an atmosphere that makes you feel at home even when you're at a restaurant. Top!

It's not the first time I've been there, in fact I even celebrated my confirmation and I must say it never disappoints!! Excellent food: casoncelli, guanciale, fried fish and fish appetizers, all excellent and very fresh.
