Tutto con una base di birra.... Arrivati in gruppo ci hanno accolto preparando i tavoli e illustrando il menù. Rosbeef, pici, contorni tutti gradevoli. Birre buone. Prezzo nella norma. Vale una sosta

Little micro brewery with a small menu. We drove from Volterra on the advice of our hotel host. Ordered a Geyser pale ale and its ok. We ordered 2 panini’s with salami and it was just slices of meat on dried out crusty bread.

Came to Vapori di Birra by chance. We visited the geothermal museum in Laderello and then wanted to see Sasso Pisano. We stopped there and were pleasantly surprised: delicious picci with tomato sauce and great craft beers. Prices and service can only be recommended. An insider tip for Tuscany lovers.

Impromptu lunch on Sunday, despite all the tables being full, the staff was very kind in finding us a seat. Quick service, attentive and helpful staff. Special and delicious dishes. Exceptional beers

Ritornando a casa da una mini vacanza, abbiamo deciso di deviare leggermente di 1,5 km per poter pranzare presso questo locale che conosciamo bene...Abbiamo mangiato e bevuto splendidamente (ancora una volta abbiamo bevuto la birra prodotta da loro che è "ecceziunale veramente"), bravi in tutto e per tutto, ritorneremo sicuramente per l'ennesima volta ...

09/08/2024: I have no words... The best viennoiseries I have ever tried. The pistachio cream made by the angels... Plus they were open at 5 in the morning, (thank you) and the sweets were a little hot, which sublimated their flavor even more. Thank you for such excellent service and such a culinary experience.
27/07/2024: We had the buffet made for a baptism (both sweet, savory and cake), with an amazing result! Focaccias, pizzas, sandwich cakes, not to mention the puffs! everything was delicious and of high quality! After all, we had no doubts as we are regular customers especially for breakfasts and pastries... in my opinion the best in Pisa!
