A very suggestive place.. the food is delicious with a special mention for the French fries with beer mayonnaise.. the craft beer is really good.. I recommend it.

Traditional Tuscan food with some variations on their homemade beer—a truly exceptional idea and excellent results! A truly wonderful experience, as were their very tasty draft beers.

This is a craft brewery you absolutely have to try, and as for beer, I recommend Fiamma, with chilli pepper, which I think is phenomenal.

We ate there as a family of 5, beers and decent meal only 81 euros. Big thank you to Aline/Elaine for her translation of the menus for us, and the free chips when one of the kids dropped theirs. Lovely selection of beers. Recommended.

The staff is unfriendly and leaves you waiting for a long time without any attention. Overall, the prices are quite high. If you like craft beer, this is a good place to go.

Siamo tornati in questo locale dopo diverso tempo e devo dire che ancora una volta ci siamo trovati molto bene. Cibo e birra (prodotta sfruttando l'attività geotermica dell'area) molto buoni. Noi abbiamo preso un tagliere di salumi e formaggi davvero molti buoni, come molto buoni erano i tagliolini a un ragù di verdure.

Ma la birra è tutta uguale? Non credo proprio e lo puoi scoprire solo in posti unici come VAPORI DI BIRRA. Tante birre, tutte artigianali, dai gusti pieni e decisi. Ma solo birra? Direi che c’è tanto, ma tanto di più. Un pranzo con materie di prima scelta. Antipasti con salumi locali, ma su tutto consiglio il primo a base di pici al sugo bianco e con la birra. Tutto qua? Direi proprio di no. La produzione è totalmente sostenibile grazie all’utilizzo dei vapori delle locali fumarole della zona di Larderello (non sapevo che oltre il 30% dell’energia della Toscana fosse prodotta in questa zona). Insomma, un’esperienza veramente unica al mondo, direi, in cui si respira la passione con cui i proprietari hanno creato questo gioiellino a Sasso Pisano. Consigliato? No CONSIGLIATISSIMO
