After following the Biancane path from Sasso Pisano to Monterotondo Marittimo we stopped at Vapori di Birra and our expectations did not disappoint. Eating next to the various beers in production is really nice, the staff very kind and friendly........and the food????? Pici, tagliatelle, pork cooked in beer, beer mayonnaise, super side dishes.... ....in short it is truly a place worth the trip. Plus we took away 6 splendid bottles and a jar of km.0 honey. Better to book......otherwise if you're not in a hurry you'll wait for a table to become free while you drink a medium outside at the table. A beautiful experience. You are really strong and you deserve the best, congratulations.

Craft brewery where you can drink excellent beer accompanied by genuine food in a rustic and true environment.

The food was delicious, friendly staff and reasonable prices but the second courses were a little low in quantity. I expected more from the beer: 2 out of three beers we had were CO2-free, not due to the tapping but due to the manufacturing process. And probably the tap system was also poorly maintained, because the beer on tap had some defects. The brewery overlooks the room where you eat: very interesting, even for children who watch fascinated but there can be a lot of noise, because they work even during meal times.

Local among the showerheads that produces excellent beers. We returned after three years and found the same welcome and excellent cuisine. Pici and sausages not to be missed

Ma come hanno fatto a solo pensare di impiantare un birrificio fuori dal Sasso Pisano che è un paese sperduto che ci arrivi solo se CI VUOI ANDARE ? E poi come se non bastasse hanno deciso pure di fare da mangiare visto l'affaccio su una strada dove passano tre anime ... Comunque ci andiamo davvero, la cameriera donna è gentilissima e preparata, ti prende per mano e ti fa fare un viaggio fra le birre prodotte, ti consiglia cosa c'è da mangiare fuori menù, ti coccola fin dal momento di ordinare, sempre sorridente ti serve con discrezione e pazienza, insomma bevi da favola la loro birra e mangi i piatti che un altra donna sapientemente cucina, esci che sei un uomo migliore, convinto sempre più che "l'alta ristorazione" e' qua, dove c'è coraggio, voglia di fare, professionalità e ragazze e ragazzi che hanno LE PALLE. TORNEREMO PRESTO

Tutto con una base di birra.... Arrivati in gruppo ci hanno accolto preparando i tavoli e illustrando il menù. Rosbeef, pici, contorni tutti gradevoli. Birre buone. Prezzo nella norma. Vale una sosta
