I went there for the first time a month ago for a quick snack, I liked everything so much that I got a birthday brunch! Definitely a place to go back to try EVERYTHING

About as fabulous as it gets. Definitely an upmarket English tea rooms look with teapots and lovely decor including all the furnishings. -great menu- we’ve had the eggs Benedict Florentine, the yoghurt with fruit salad, the English breakfast and pancakes- not all at once.

Friendly staff, lovely ambiance and great food. We had brunch and the eggs, croque monsieur and brownie with ice cream were perfect. Reasonable prices and extremely kind. Definitely a must try if you are in Florence!

I would like to thank you for the wonderful breakfast. Your cafe is really nice, with a well thought out menu, a welcoming and well-kept environment, and above all your smiling faces! Please pass my compliments on to the kitchen too – everything was delicious!

I went to this place for an afteroom tea with some friends. Very nice place, excellent service, really good food both savoury and sweet. If you pass by those parts I recommend trying it.

This place is a gem! The food was excellent, and the staff was wonderful. They did their best to speak English to me and were very helpful with my clumsy attempts to order in Italian. And the pastires are some of the best I've ever had.

I went to Valù for an organized Face Yoga experience, followed by a rich and delicious sweet and savory snack and a pot of tea.. everything was delicious and high quality! Super welcoming environment and attention to every detail.. I will definitely come back to try the other delicacies on the menu!

22/06/2025: We were in Poggibonsi and by chance we entered this air-conditioned restaurant. The waiters were super kind, we ordered: 1 sliced ​​beef with rocket and parmesan, 1 pici cacio e pepe, 1 Florentine tripe ... all excellent!!!! Really low prices compared to the average around and very high quality of the food! We were very satisfied!!
