A beautiful place in Florence with great service. I highly recommend it. The atmosphere is beautiful and the host is wonderful.

The waiters were very kind, but considering we had made a reservation and arrived on time, we had to wait too long for our dishes. Also, considering the price for the portions, they're a bit high, even though the food was good. If anyone is interested, I'd like to point out that the menu on the website isn't accurate; things cost more on-site.

I often go to VaLu for breakfast, and it's always an excellent experience. The atmosphere is welcoming and meticulously crafted, perfect for starting the day off right. Today I tried their afternoon snack and had a truly delicious raspberry cupcake: soft, balanced in flavor, and with a creamy filling that smells of fresh fruit. One of the best I've ever had! VaLu is undoubtedly one of the best places—if not the best—in Florence for desserts: the highest quality, a wide variety, and unparalleled customer service. The service is also impeccable: kindness, professionalism, and a smile are always there. Highly recommended for those who love high-quality pastries and places where you always feel welcome!

The service is very pleasant, smiling people, cozy and very cocooning setting. Great pastries, the drinks are very well prepared. A very, very good time, I recommend for breakfast, brunch or even a snack.

I am a tourist. The staff here are very nice and the environment is also very good. I will come back if I have the chance.

I often choose it for the quality of the products and the kindness of the staff. As a vegan, I don't find much choice, but the products I do find are delicious. I recommend the vegan bagel (even for non-vegans). The place is a bit small, but everything is taken care of down to the smallest details. For brunch, I recommend making a reservation, even directly on the website without having to call.

A wonderful corner of paradise, ideal for breakfast and brunch, just steps from the Fortezza. I had a fresh cinnamon roll and crème brûlée French toast. They also have chai lattes and matcha lattes, which are hard to find in Florence.

We were in Florence for four days and came for breakfast for three. The coffee is incredible: perfect temperature and delicious. The variety of cakes and pastries is also impressive; but I prefer the pancakes. The staff at the café are super friendly every day. Highly recommended.
