If I could have given double stars for the service, I would have. The waiter, a young man with a ponytail, stood out for his kindness and professionalism. I gave the food full stars, but we only had nachos, so the rating is relative.

Everything was good. With the all-you-can-play option, you can play any board game for €2 per person. We played an escape room with cards. Ultimately, since these are games that you can buy and use for nothing because you already know the puzzles, it's worth playing them here and spending that money on a sandwich rather than buying those games. We also had fun with other board games. One small thing to keep in mind: after a certain point, it gets a bit noisy because there are so many of you and everyone talks while playing.

Mid-August. It's so hot, so hot all around. You walk, and with every step you feel like you're getting closer to hell, to Hel. Then comes the salvation of a sign that stands out clearly, unmistakably: Valhalla. You enter, and it's the hall of a kingdom where you can drink, eat, laugh, and play. Paradise, in short. You try the beer made with chestnut honey (brewed just steps from the kingdom), you try a sumptuous bite of Odin (a perfect burger and fries). You regret not being able to stay longer, otherwise you would have tried at least four of the thousand board games available. You leave satisfied, refreshed, and invigorated, wearing the official kingdom jersey. So much quality, a fair price, hell averted, and your soul saved.

A nerdy medieval atmosphere, with references to Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones everywhere. Hundreds of board games available. Plus, amazing food and unique beers (some of which are served in a unique way). If I lived closer, I'd go more often, but it'll be a regular stop every time I'm in Pavia. The sandwich was phenomenal!

Very nice place, for board game lovers, a great opportunity to have a gaming space accompanied by good beers and good food, some even special dishes, like wild boar or venison burgers! Highly recommended. Perhaps I would recommend a little more brightness, the dim lights for reading some of the game rules, they don't help! But otherwise, impeccable.

I went to this pub for the 1kg burger challenge. Which I won. The burger was AMAZING: two 500g patties with sauces, tomatoes, bacon, scamorza, and gorgonzola. It was perfectly cooked. The beer misu was delicious. They also had board games to play. Excellent service.
