Valhalla In Pavia

Just steps from the Ponte Coperto and Strada Nuova, this place serves excellent burgers and fantastic craft beers. The place is beautiful, the waiters are friendly, and the only downside is that they don't provide cutlery for eating the burgers and only provide one paper napkin per person.

Valhalla was the first all-you-can-play pub in Pavia, and this must be acknowledged. It remains a good pub where it's definitely a pleasure to spend an evening playing games in company. The food is good, and the atmosphere, though very noisy, is welcoming and well-managed. The interior and amenities could use a bit of an overhaul; the signs of aging are starting to become too noticeable, especially in the bathroom. Highly recommended. To stay competitive, especially since you're the first venue of this type and the most popular, I'd suggest rethinking the €2 all-you-can-play fee; the competition doesn't charge that.

A welcoming and friendly atmosphere with a wide selection of beers and cocktails and good, very tasty food. There's also the option of respectfully using board games.

If I could have given double stars for the service, I would have. The waiter, a young man with a ponytail, stood out for his kindness and professionalism. I gave the food full stars, but we only had nachos, so the rating is relative.
