We have been coming to Ristorante Valprino since the late 80s and can only report the very best. For over 30 years now, the fine and typical Ligurian food with products from our own garden and olive grove has always been of excellent quality. This is not least because the family business guarantees continuity of quality. If you weren't here, you weren't in Liguria.

Super tasty, local and honest cuisine. 10 course menu, served quickly by friendly service. Drinks were refilled free of charge. Reservations essential!

A truly excellent lunch with friends, fixed menu, but we could see the care with which the dishes are prepared. All excellent and fairly fair portions. Compliments. To be recommended

Authenticité du terroir. Un vrai plaisir pour nos papilles gustatives ! Tant la viande que les légumes servis, la cuisson était à point ! Le défilé culinaire est un pur régal. Madame en salle, est d'une gentillesse et très aimable. Cet agriturismo mérite le détour. Bravo au cuisinier en chef.

Recommended to me by the owner of our b&b in Imperia, we reached the restaurant, upon reservation, at 8pm. We were the only Italians among tables under a cool pergola on the Prela' square, the other German customers certainly appreciated the genuine food and the service polite and fast. As I don't eat meat, they prepared a perfect alternative menu for me. All simple and tasty dishes, nice quiet atmosphere.

Very good quality/price ratio. Menu with multiple starters, two first courses, one second course, dessert, coffee with wine and water for 35 euros. In Liguria finding similar places is really difficult!

Typical restaurant in a village in Liguria, Prelà, with a fixed menu, good and genuine food. Courteous and helpful service, but a little slow.

Had dinner there at the end of our vacation. Very nicely located, quiet in a small town in a very beautiful valley. Luckily there were still seats and we were able to get in sideways. Of course we didn't know that it starts at 8pm and a reservation is required. Next time we'll think about it. We still got about 4 courses. The courses are clear but definitely worth the taste. Honest cuisine with a regional focus. Freshness and quality are very important. You don't go home hungry. The concept is convincing, fixed price including coffee, wine and water - makes perfect sense. No endless, long choices from the menu. Just sit down and let yourself be surprised. Best Ligurian home cooking based on Nonna's recipes Summer 2024 - Dinner, 2 people. We've been here several times, and this year we didn't want to miss the varied menu. In contrast to the past, the food is no longer served in, but on the street side, on the pretty church square in front of the restaurant. Reservation is mandatory, time is 8 p.m. There is no menu, a 10-course menu (sorry, not counting) is served in turn. The service is courteous and not intrusive, and the atmosphere is very pleasant. The meal is a seemingly never-ending sequence of various delicious starters, pasta dishes, rabbit and a dessert. The best Ligurian home cooking, honest, balanced, varied little bites with obviously fresh ingredients. The only point of criticism could be that the same menu has been served for years, which means there are no surprises when repeated. But that doesn't detract from the excellent culinary experience of a long evening; I'll be happy to come back every time. All in all a great experience, honest, very good, diverse Ligurian food. Prices top, 70 euros bill for 2 people plus 10 euros (voluntary) tip, water, house wine, coffee included. Super!
