Ristorante La Riserva di Castel d'Appio In Ventimiglia

We booked directly through the hotel's website. Before our arrival, we received all the information we needed for a relaxed journey. The path up is a bit strenuous, but the view is so beautiful and the welcome so friendly that you quickly forget about it. We had a comfortable room with a balcony offering a stunning view of the sea and the coast. The room had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The breakfast was international, and we especially enjoyed the homemade bread, the fruit salad, and the friendly service from the charming gentleman, which brightened our day every morning. We also ate dinner at the hotel twice, and the food was excellent. The service was professional and friendly. We felt incredibly comfortable right up until our departure and loved the warm, family atmosphere. The large pool was also a highlight for us. Many thanks again to the whole team, and we hope to see you again soon!

It's a fantastic hotel with a pool, situated on a hilltop with a stunning view. The road up to it is a bit of a challenge, but manageable. The people here are very welcoming. We'll definitely be back for a longer stay. Thank you!

Fantastic service. I arrived late and was welcomed like the Prodigal Son from Luke 15. The kitchen was closed, but I was given caprese salad, wine and whiskey. The room was a fairy tale, and the breakfast was served with the respect that can only be earned through generations of hotel management. When in addition the car was safely parked within locked gates: A perfect hotel experience. And that's not to mention the view…

Great, but difficult to access without a car

A true sensory and gustatory experience awaits you if you book a table at the restaurant. You'll enjoy vegetables from the garden (artichokes), and don't miss breakfast on the terrace with its magnificent view! A special shout-out to the hotel staff!

The restaurant is too expensive... but when you're at the hotel you don't feel like going back for 25 minutes on narrow mountain roads!!!

An extraordinary place far from the noise of the city, with a restaurant offering old-fashioned service but of exceptional quality, both in terms of food and the warm welcome and service! The very good hotel is located at the very top of Xnmiglia with a breathtaking view. A good, hearty, and high-quality breakfast is served with kindness by the owner's brother. The little girl at reception is also very friendly. I warmly recommend this timeless place with its charming, old-fashioned service.
