Very characteristic place located in the center of the university area of Bologna. Quick service, honest prices. Good dishes, relaxing atmosphere. There is also the possibility to buy their fresh pasta.

Great experience in this restaurant located in the heart of Bologna. The atmosphere inside is very relaxing and familiar, with the tables surrounded by hundreds of books. The menu is typically Emilian with a wide choice of appetizers, first courses and second courses. The lasagna was excellent and the cockerel was also very good. Very fast service, despite the considerable turnout; average prices, very kind and attentive staff. We also discovered that this restaurant sells fresh homemade pasta (with shipments abroad too) and we bought some for our personal use.

I wouldn't recommend this restaurant. The service was inattentive and only moderately friendly, the food was poorly presented and not particularly tasty. Furthermore, everything was very dry. I had chicken with potatoes and salad. Nothing came with sauce, the potatoes were undercooked, and the salad didn't even have any dressing. There was also no vinegar or oil to spice it up. It was loud and stuffy—not an experience worth repeating. I won't be going back.

A decent restaurant on this somewhat busy street. When sitting on the terrace, avoid sitting on the street side; the noisy pedestrian, bicycle, and motorcycle traffic can be a bit of a nuisance.

The owner of our AirBnB recommended this place. I had the lasagna and my wife had the meatballs. Great quality, reasonable prices. My lasagna was the best I’ve ever had, and her meatballs were out of this world!

Lovely decor and atmosphere. Usually busy. We kept passing by during our week there and finally decided to eat there. It was lovely with very friendly staff and good food. Prices are reasonable and the wine by the carafe is good.
