Nice place in the center of Trieste, with a nice atmosphere. We had a really well-made, balanced and pleasant Aperol Spritz. Unfortunately, however, the appetizers they brought us were of very disappointing quality, and this ruined the experience a bit. I'm sorry to say it, but I was disappointed. A real shame, because with a little more attention it could have been an excellent aperitif.

Ci siamo fermati per una veloce merenda e siamo entrati in una bella esperienza emozionale. Caffè ottimo. Spremute dolcissime fatte da materiale di prima qualità, toast grandissimo e tanta simpatia.

08/08/2025: Caffè degli Specchi is one of those places that tells the story of Trieste. Overlooking Piazza Unità d'Italia, it offers an elegant atmosphere and attentive service. I chose the French breakfast, consisting of three fresh sandwiches with cheese and ham, accompanied by a well-brewed coffee and a glass of juice. The quality is excellent, the flavors delicate, and everything is served with care. Prices are slightly above average, but here you also pay for the location and the privilege of sitting in one of the city's most iconic historic cafés. Ideal for a relaxed breakfast, immersed in Trieste's timeless charm.
08/08/2025: Beautiful bar. A small glass of chocolate is brought with the coffee (€1). The girl was also very kind and even brought us degreaser to clean a stained blouse. Highly recommended.

08/08/2025: Had a great cold brew, but honestly the highlight was the lovely staff. She had such a warm, bright energy that totally made my day. Even my kids noticed and we all left smiling.
