I think the place is historic, even though it's been renovated. The staff is friendly, and when you go for an aperitivo, they always bring snacks.

Excellent, central location near Piazza Unità and Piazza della Borsa. This bar, dating back to 1832, features some antique furnishings. It's well-stocked for quick snacks like sandwiches, toasted sandwiches, etc., and also offers a selection of first courses. Outside tables are located in a busy area. The staff is friendly and fast. It's also popular with seagulls, who sometimes outpace the customers and staff. Unfortunately, the tables, both inside and outside, are not accessible to wheelchairs.

Nice bar/café. The Aperol Spritz is decent, though the glass could be fuller. They do offer small snacks like chips and olives. Service is moderately attentive. But reasonably priced.

Historic venue dating back to 1832, located in the historic center of the city of Trieste, in a welcoming and very unique environment with very refined classic furnishings, splendid mosaics on the floor and comfortable and well-arranged internal and external tables where you can enjoy excellent breakfasts and delicious aperitifs with fast and friendly service in a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.

Excellent coffee. Service is a bit slow, they walk past you 3 times before you finally come to order, total 10 minutes wait + 10/15 minutes wait for coffee.

05/09/2025: It was my first time there and I was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was fantastic. A cozy old farmhouse has been converted into a cozy place where you can even stay overnight. The garden is beautiful, the tables and chairs are new, and everything is great. The service is very friendly. The food is everything that's produced on the farm. The prices are absolutely fantastic. For three people, including drinks, it came to just under €50, very reasonable. I highly recommend it. I'd gladly go back anytime.
