Uolli's BBQ In Sestri levante

Dopo una giornata di mare abbiamo deciso di mangiare qualcosa di semplice e veloce e siamo rimasti piacevolmente soddisfatti. Il personale è preparato e gentilissimo, la signora è davvero disponibile e ti fa sentire a casa. Abbiamo preso una grigliata mista in 2, ma volendo, io che sono celiaca, avevo la possibilità di mangiare il panino SENZA GLUTINE. Quando ha saputo che ero celiaca mi ha detto che avremmo dovuto aspettare leggermente di più perché doveva usare padelle e vassoi puliti per evitare contamiazioni. Locale pulito, tranquillo e con parcheggio di fronte per la propria auto. Prezzo onesto la qualità della varietà di carne mangiata!

Tutto buono. Prezzi giusti. Parcheggio senza problemi. Cheesecake spettacolo. Peccato per unica porzione di BBQ beef brisket. Finite😥. Personale gentile in particolare la ragazza/signora che ci ha servito.

Very rustic place, informal let's say... welcomed as if we were always friends, the owner is very friendly and knows how to deal with customers, the waiters are very kind and always with a smile... We tried the meat tour under their advice and I must say that everything was perfect. There wasn't a type of meat that we didn't like.. I think the beef is the best I've eaten in my life. The sausage is also very good.. We will definitely be back.. everything fantastic Well done

The meat was good but the quantities were small compared to the price. We took a plate of brisket (150 grams = 4 slices) and a mixed plate of 2 chicken wings, 2 ribs, 50 grams of pastrami and 50 grams of pulled pork, plus two slices of potato with sauce. A beer and a coke cost 34 euros. Paid too much compared to the quantity served on a paper plate.

Hands down the best American BBQ I've ever tasted, it's no coincidence that it's now a regular stop every now and then. Small and comfortable place, the scent of wood and barbecue is immediately noticeable, enough to make your mouth water, everything is surrounded by a more than apt choice of music, but this is subjective, a perfect mix in my opinion to spend a dinner with friends. The food and selection of beers are excellent, I recommend tasting everything on the menu, as each dish is a unique flavor experience, balanced in the best possible way to enhance the flavor of the meat. If you are a meat lover, this is a must!

The service was great, the beef brisket was good, but the chicken wings were dry hard and still had some feathers.
