A location that aims to evoke the experience of American (industrial) BBQ. Italianized BBQ to appeal to the classic Italian palate. Personally, I would have preferred a stronger flavor, but they need to satisfy not just me but a wider clientele. The ribs are good (especially the BBQ ones, which are generally less dry). The sandwiches and burritos are good, but I would recommend side dishes that aren't just industrial fries, but something artisanal. I personally didn't like the jacket potato. The Cole slaw is good. Brisket is perhaps their signature dish, while the pulled pork can sometimes be lukewarm and dry, and sometimes just right and tasty (depending on the day). Overall, as a group, you can try a bit of everything, but I expected something more (no wow factor).

The location and atmosphere are simple but in keeping with the product offered: classic American BBQ. No frills, just substance, because the meat is the absolute star. The sandwich is over the top in name and in fact, the combination of the two types of meat is fantastic, making the sandwich tasty, soft, and juicy. The mixed meat platter, which allows for a taste of different preparations, is generous and can easily be shared. The burrito is beautifully filled.

We bought takeout and picked it up on site. The girl was very kind and explained the menu to us. We ordered the brisket, wings, and potatoes. Everything was excellent, especially the brisket. The quality/price ratio was right! We'll repeat the experience.

For those who want to enjoy barbecued food cooked for hours, I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff is friendly and helpful.
