We returned for dinner with another couple of friends, to try out the new management after hearing conflicting opinions.
Excellent quality tuna, fragrant and well served, delicious joke with fresh combinations... and unfortunately this is where the positive criticism ends.
Pecorino tortelli drained and placed on the plate with pieces of tasteless Volpina pear, anonymous cuttlefish spheres in a tasteless broth, low-temperature suckling pig composed of 70% inedible fatty rind, slightly burnt skewered guinea fowl.
Partly positive note on the cutlet, well executed and faithful to the recipe.
Desserts without infamy or praise.
Not a very rich cellar, but well-selected and refined labels for every palate.
It is unforgivable, selling itself as a wine shop, not to change the glasses between two completely different wines without even bothering to ask the diners.
I can't comment on the dishes I didn't try that looked really good on paper, but I'm judging the ones I tried.

Intimate venue, tastefully furnished.
Friendly and helpful staff, I tried it yesterday with a friend for an aperitif, we were satisfied.
Even though we are from CSPT, we had never been there 😅
I recommend it.
If I can, I would take care of the social pages.

Warm, welcoming and low-noise environment, with a look reminiscent of an old wine shop where you can relax and enjoy their cuisine.
Fun menu with historic dishes by chef Dimitri and some reinterpretations of traditional Bolognese dishes. The products are very fresh and the quality is indisputable, each course was truly tasty and consequently appreciated. The idea of the initial amuse-bouche with potato mayonnaise and zampone that teases the palate is excellent, you would eat one after the other.
For those who don't want to dine but want to nibble on something and enjoy a good glass of wine, there is also an "aperitif" room which has a small, very inviting menu, different from that of the restaurant.
Overall definitely an excellent experience to repeat.
