Fun menu with historic dishes by chef Dimitri and some reinterpretations of traditional Bolognese dishes. The products are very fresh and the quality is indisputable, each course was truly tasty and consequently appreciated. The idea of ​​the initial amuse-bouche with potato mayonnaise and zampone that teases the palate is excellent, you would eat one after the other. For those who don't want to dine but want to nibble on something and enjoy a good glass of wine, there is also an "aperitif" room which has a small, very inviting menu, different from that of the restaurant. Overall definitely an excellent experience to repeat.

Sono stato a pranzo con mio nipote: battuta di capriolo con verza rossa e senape al miele, ottima sapore con un ottimo abbinamento, la mitica cotoletta alla bolognese, tenera e super gigante 😅, e Asado alla griglia: questo mi ha fatto impazzire!! Ottima scelta dei vini!! Ottimo servizio!!Come sempre una piacevole sorpresa e super consigliato!!

Very nice place near the center of Castel San Pietro terme. Almost nineteenth-century place and warm atmosphere. Excellent cuisine, if you get the chance try the smoked tuna with herbs, really good... but also the rest of the menu is very good.

New chef, great quality, still very cold environment, needs improvement.

I had already been for lunch years ago....this evening for an aperitif which I greatly appreciated. I definitely recommend it!!!

Mangiato benissimo, tartare, carne. Ottimo Sangiovese Superiore Si carta di credito e fattura. Il proprietario è top. Divertitevi in mezzo al buon cibo. Locale abbastanza intimo e tranquillo.
