Excellent wine bar/bistro: a pleasant and well-decorated atmosphere in the town center. Inside, the small tables are ideal for couples, but we were lucky enough to find a table for five. There's a wide selection of excellent quality dishes. We started with ricotta-stuffed zucchini flowers with apricot jam—a truly excellent start. Next, we tried five different dishes, all unique: green caramels filled with raw meat and shrimp, the classic cotoletta alla bolognese, spaghetti alla chitarra, BBQ eggplant with pappa al pomodoro and skewered octopus. All worthwhile.

A food and wine experience as unexpected as it is unusual. A small establishment that thinks of itself as a wine bar, but in addition to a varied cellar, it offers dishes born from experience and a skillful use of both natural and artificial ingredients. The dishes are truly well-prepared and beautifully served, leaving the palate both satisfied and surprised. The wines offered are limited but very well-matched.

The owner and chef of this place(from last December as we gathered) Dmitri told us his main goal is to create the perfect dining experience for his local, regular guests. And that he also loves what he does. For us — accidental visitors passing through from Bologna to Rimini, it meant a rare chance to taste truly authentic delicious food, with a master’s touch in every dish and deep respect for regional ingredients and traditions.
I honestly can’t recommend this place enough. It’s a fine dining experience at a fair, local price, with zero touristy vibes.
From the moment the appetisers arrived, followed by perfect tuna, tender octopus, and sparkling Rosé and Champagne (it’s a wine-focused spot, first and foremost), to the final bite of classic local dessert— everything was flawless. We even started seriously considering making the one-hour drive from Cervia once more just for lunch or dinner.
I’m not sure the chef will love us for writing this (apologies if it brings a wave of tourists but I hope people will see at as too raving to be a true review), but we simply can’t keep quiet about such a gem.

We have already met the chef and he has reconfirmed himself as a certainty in food, in refined but at the same time basic dishes in both fish and meat, a true pleasure... in the environment and in the hospitality... top... we will definitely be back

The place is very welcoming and well looked after, with well trained and friendly staff. I was expecting a slightly larger and more assorted cutting board given the cost of the glasses.
Good assortment of wines.
For the rest, the place is intimate and quiet.

Siamo stati a pranzo in questo locale con un bimbo di 1 anno.. personale gentilissimo, seggiolone a disposizione e cibo a dir poco delizioso. Grande qualità delle materie prime e piatti particolari che lasciano davvero senza parole! Consiglio vivamente di fare un giro e nel dubbio farsi consigliare dallo chef! Non rimarrete delusi! 🤤
