u'caruso In Siracusa

On our first evening in Syracuse, we ate at ù Caruso (=il ragazzo). It was so delicious and reasonably priced, and the owners (la famiglia Caruso) were so friendly, that we ate there twice more. We definitely recommend the Pizza Diavola (con cipolle), Capricciosa, and Caprese, along with a mixed salad or Mediterranean salad. The pasta dishes and grilled vegetables are also fantastic. And the best dessert, of course, is the cannelli, a typical Sicilian dish.

We had a great meal at both the restaurant and the pizzeria. We'll gladly return next time. Thank you.

Exquisite people and excellent food

Simple and well-kept place, good and plentiful pizza, only one flaw, there were two of us with a child, the child did not eat anything because she was not well, I paid three euros for three people for a bare table with only a paper napkin.. I find it unfair (to say the least) .. I'm sorry but under these conditions I do not think I will return

Very tasty pizza at a great price. It might not be the best place for a romantic dinner, but they do offer takeout, which is a big plus. If you live nearby and want to relax with a tasty pizza, this is a great place to grab some.

Great restaurant. Excellent pizzas. Lots of choices, all computer-generated. Quick and efficient service. The only downside inside was the noise level, as the TV was playing a music channel non-stop, but it didn't stop us from enjoying our meal. Go without hesitation!
