What can I say, perfect service and friendly staff, delicious pizzas especially the 007 and the Noemi

I'm leaving this review after my third time ordering pizza from them, each time a standout for the quality and beauty of their pizza. I consider Ù Caruso the best pizzeria in the entire Santa Lucia district. I highly recommend it.

Everything was excellent, the pizza dough was delicious, as were the fresh and well-cooked toppings. The pizzas were cooked perfectly, and the staff was so lovely. Try it and believe it. Raf.

On our first evening in Syracuse, we ate at ù Caruso (=il ragazzo). It was so delicious and reasonably priced, and the owners (la famiglia Caruso) were so friendly, that we ate there twice more. We definitely recommend the Pizza Diavola (con cipolle), Capricciosa, and Caprese, along with a mixed salad or Mediterranean salad. The pasta dishes and grilled vegetables are also fantastic. And the best dessert, of course, is the cannelli, a typical Sicilian dish.

We had a great meal at both the restaurant and the pizzeria. We'll gladly return next time. Thank you.
