What a wonderful place! The food is delicious, authentic, fresh. The service super nice and friendly. We spent two lovely evenings there and I recommend to all of you visitong Catania.

A welcoming place with kind and attentive staff, not to mention the fish, very fresh, excellent and divinely cooked!!! The beccafico sardines are fabulous, and the chef's risotto with radicchio, walnut cream and prawns is superb!!! One of the best restaurants my wife and I have encountered in our travels! Eating excellent and well-cooked things happens, but beyond this, finding an environment made up of people like the chef and the lady in the dining room who make you feel like real guests in your own home is a rare and precious commodity!!

Great place, excellent food, nice lady serving.
The food is cheap and delicious, e.g. pasta della norma 7 euros. A bottle of local wine 7 euros.
Mr. Makłowicz made a great advertisement. Most of the Poles were there when we were there :)

Poles describe it as delicious. Well, maybe I have too high expectations or maybe I just tasted too much because it's "just the way it is". I definitely won't come back here. Correct, nice, but is it tasty? Not necessarily. You'll eat it, but you won't be thrilled. It absolutely doesn't blow your mind.

Very friendly service, good and tasty antipasti, also very good prices but we had the impression that the fish dishes were made frozen products. Compared to other restaurants so far (e.g. restaurants close to the fish market).

Great swordfish steak, served with lemon and parsley. Eggplants for an appetizer are heavenly. The seafood is amazing, the portion sizes are perfect. Prices are very low for Catana. Steak 10eur.

Przyjemna knajpka z bardzo dobrym, lokalnym jedzeniem. Pyszne i świeże owoce morza. Polecam to miejsce. Cenybardzo przystępne i bardzo dobre lokalne wino.

De zaak valt niet erg op en de zaak gaat niet vroeg op de avond open. Het terras op de stoep ligt langs een drukke weg. Misschien zijn er mooiere plaatsen om te eten. Maar ik was gecharmeerd door het autheniet Siciliaans karakter. Mooie kaart, volle porties, volle smaken. Van voorgerecht tot dessert was het top. Niet alle flessen die op de kaart staan zijn voorradig, maar het alternatief dat ik kreeg was top en nog een stuk goedkoper dan mijn oorspronkelijke keuze. Fijn contact met de bediening. Hier kom ik graag nog eens terug.
