Sincere and authentic cuisine. Delicious dishes, quality ingredients, and a wealth of tradition, passed down through generations. Elio (the chef) is always there for you and talks about his life, not shying away from the Bisceglie dialect. Highly recommended!

Rustic trattoria, with no menu and no prices displayed. We spent €140 for three people, eating only appetizers, two first courses, one fried calamari dish, and house wine, all without seafood or fish. The price is not commensurate with the menu we were served.

We ate well, and we ate well... but personally, when I go to a restaurant, I want to know from the menu what I'm about to eat... and we weren't given the menu, and for the appetizers, they didn't ask us what we'd like... for example, the tripe arrived that the table didn't like... it's awful to send back dishes that you paid for but didn't eat at all. Everything we ate was good, however.

I'll start with the very positives: the ingredients are top-quality, so the many varied and original appetizers are worth the price and the visit. The girls are lovely, helpful, and kind, but the "problem" is the owner... he puts you on edge, almost forcing you to order dishes, which leads to embarrassment and, of course, the bill goes up, quite a bit! Even the manners become "friendly," perhaps too much so, especially when you don't do as he says, for example, in the payment methods: last time, everyone wanted to pay for themselves, and it became a nuisance, almost a problem, with a not-so-nice attitude, almost making you feel bad about it!
If we're just 5-6 friends, how can you (almost) expect one of us to pay for everyone else, even a considerable amount? Furthermore, it may be due to the rudeness of many diners, or perhaps because they DON'T want to bother, or perhaps because they're afraid of scolding the children who scream and run around the rooms, but the noise level becomes unbearable... What a shame.
