Cucina Cefalicchio is a wonderful restaurant: a casual, relaxed atmosphere, but outstanding, innovative, high-quality dishes. A wide selection of excellent wines.

In a splendid setting, we were greeted with extreme kindness and enjoyed excellent dishes. It's definitely a place we'll always remember and return to.

We went for dinner with five friends; the place was recommended to us by a well-known restaurant network. Dinner is served in the garden next to an ancient residence. There's also an indoor dining room if you prefer. Appetizers included fried onion rings from Acquaviva, pumpkin parmigiana in filo pastry, fresh figs with burrata, and Angus beef carpaccio. The first course was orecchiette with sausage, yellow date tomatoes, and hard ricotta; the second course was a truly tender suckling pig. Finally, dessert was a reinterpretation of the pasticciotto leccese with cream and black cherry. Mr. Franco recommended the rosé wine. Welcoming and friendly service; for the price we paid, in Milan we would have each had a pizza, a dessert, and two beers. Recommended for the atmosphere. There's also the option of staying overnight.

The quality of the food was exceptional, surpassed only by the kindness and friendliness of Francesco and Mariella, and the homemade wine from the inn's olive grove was exceptional. The location is wonderful, easily accessible, surrounded by greenery and the tranquility of nature. I highly recommend it, even for a dinner out of the ordinary.

Wonderful location, as good as the Restaurant under the care of Francesco and Mariella with local dishes. The room beautiful clean and functional, immersed in the greenery of the park with a nearby swimming pool excellent for a nice swim in the heat of this scorching July.
