During my trip to Rome, we went to have breakfast in there twice. I don’t understand the bad reviews. I thought prices were reasonable and the food provided was excellent. They can provide you with some vegetarian options and lactose-free upon asking. Atmosphere is nothing out of the ordinary but overall nice and tidy. Staff is respectful, not the friendliest but they get the job done. Pictured is a soy milk cappuccino and cream croissant.

I was passing by and decided to eat there, so did not read anything about the place. First impression was this looks like a classic authentic italien place with a lot of character and charm. Was greeted by an italien lady, which was also very nice. I ordered the eggplant parmigiana and got it. It was the best tasting home cooking food then order the desert and it was amazing too. And the bill was very reasonable for dinner. I had a very good experience and enjoyed the food and the italien hospitality.

For the service, the lady at the checkout told me that the cost at the table is eight but when I asked him to bring me breakfast at the table he slammed the cappuccino and the brioche on the table.

I went several times and the attention of Valentino and the entire staff is excellent, their desserts and coffee are very delicious. I only ate one day and it was neither good nor bad.

I really like this place, the coffee is great and the bakery selection is good. The old gent behind the bar seems fierce but mellows when I try my admittedly poor Italian with him. The lady always seems fierce even with locals. A cappuccino cost me €1.60. Doesn’t seem tourist friendly cos it is confusing how to order. Seems like a local place for local people. If you’re easily confused and intimidated try D’Angelo Caffè not too far away, staff there speak English and are tourist friendly.

Ci vado sempre ogbi volta da Tivoli Terme passo da quellq zona x un ginseng o capucino di soya e dolcetto... bar molto antico caratteristico.... molto bello

07/03/2024: We had 2 Hugos and I really enjoyed it. Definitely overpriced, but worth it. I wouldn’t eat here.
03/03/2024: Cheap and tasty Alialio. tomato spaghetti. Basic pizza is okay too I didn't order it, but as soon as I got it, they ripped it open and strongly sold it. Still good value for money
