Rosati In Roma

We sat outside at dinner when it was shady and looked out on the piazza del Popolo where there were singers and musicians playing. The food was average but the chocolate cake was heavenly!

A place with a long history, formerly a meeting place for intellectuals. Nothing of that remains, but it's still in a magnificent location. We enjoyed the food, the risotto was spectacular; however, the problem lies in the prices, which are clearly exorbitant, especially the drinks. We didn't appreciate them adding whatever gratuity they felt like to the bill; we were at other restaurants of the same category where it was optional. A mixed bag.

Our last night in Rome brought us to this restaurant for an outdoor meal. We had tortellini alla bolognese and linguine. The food was delicious. The service was good. The location is in a beautifully central location right by the Piazza del Popolo. There was no wait time for a table; however, I could imagine for indoor seating this might be advisable. The value of the food was appropriate. The only downside was that there were bees that were constantly on our food, drink, or on us. This we could do without.

I just want to make a point after reading this review: Have you ever wondered how much it costs to give people the opportunity to sit in such an important square? Have you ever wondered how much all this costs the management of the place? I see there are reviews about the food without having eaten, and reviews about the service without having been served, because you didn't eat. So my question is, if you had a business, how would you manage it without having to factor in the operating costs of a place? Paying for mineral water at a different price than a place on the outskirts of Rome's Piazza del Popolo. In a place like Rosati, water isn't expensive. My question is, to be able to sit here, you would have to pay for a seat. Because to be able to sit in this square, whoever manages this place will surely pay a lot of money in taxes as a public space.

Delicious food and amazing service with a great view of the piazza. The lasagna was one of the best I had in Rome!

Pretty, well located but incredible prices

One of the best restaurants !!! I don’t get why they have such a low rate so underrated . I ordered the best tramissu also their pastas are amazing. IM NOT OVER HYPING IT

A wonderful café in the center of Rome, close to many attractions. It's over a hundred years old, lending a special atmosphere to the beautiful furnishings. And, of course, delicious desserts, including traditional Italian ones. It was especially nice to meet a staff member who spoke Russian. His name is Jacob; he studied Russian at university and later lived in Krasnoyarsk for a month. It was a pleasure talking to him; he's a wonderfully versatile person.

Best Lasagna in Rome. Staff is incredible and it’s right on the Piazza Del Popolo.

As expected, plaza restaurant with views, you pay for views. All good
