U Cicci In Finale ligure

This is my favorite place on the coast. Their focaccia al formaggio is something out of a dream. I never found it the same anywhere else. Simply the best. Other baked goods and pizza are also great.

One of the very few focacceries that also offer, upon reservation, gluten-free versions: plain or stuffed focaccias (especially those with pesto and onions), pizza, farinata and some sweets. Everything was delicious (and in fact they always have a queue), for those who eat normally the cakes are also exceptional and very fresh (my husband tried a grandmother's cake with lemon cream which was simply delicious). I've been going there for years: I've never found any products that aren't fresh, I've never received any rudeness from the staff, who have actually always stood out for their kindness (and it's not a given for shopkeepers who are always overloaded with work...), also giving me information on the ingredients. For me it will always be a fixed stop in Finale.

Now a historic shop in Finalpia. Excellent assortment of focaccias and pizzas. Friendly staff. Fair prices. When it's closed for shifts or on holidays I struggle to find valid alternatives.

We ordered various kinds of focaccia; including margherita, genovese, the one with cheese and prosciutto, another one with aglio, mushroom, and premozzolo. We liked the one with mushroom and another with cheese, however, the margherita one tasted plain, and genovese was okay. The place was full of locals and tourists, yet, the service was fast and good.

Centrally located bakery. Best baker in the village! Large and delicious selection of foccachia. The sweet foccachia and farinata are delicious! Perhaps the best farinata from Finale Ligure. It's also good that everything isn't just dripping with grease like in other bakeries here.

The best Focaccia in Finale Ligure.

I booked the gluten-free focaccias and I loved them! Good and soft. They prepare them early in the morning, before making the gutinous dough. Fortunately I wasn't sick, even though they don't have two distinct environments and, unfortunately, there could be contamination. Only note: I advise those who serve to be careful when handling gluten-free - to weigh I noticed that they take the focaccias out of the bags again, but if you don't wash your hands or if you place the focaccia on a sheet of paper where some crumbs have ended up, unfortunately it's a problem for us.
