A tiny wine bar restaurant. We landed here next to our apartment without knowing it, and what a great find! The welcome was very pleasant, the dishes were well explained, and everything was delicious. The bill was very reasonable at the exit, too! I recommend it. Special mention for the pappa al pomodoro: to die for!!!

Honestly? If a friend hadn't dragged me there, I probably never would have ended up there. And what a huge mistake that would have been, I'm almost ashamed of it. The place is a small, intimate and well-kept gem, perfect for a quiet evening. The only "flaw," if you can call it that, is that seating is limited and reservations are almost mandatory to secure a table. But it's the food that leaves you speechless. When the tartare arrived, the delicate aroma of the prime meat foreshadowed everything else. The first bite was dazzling: the tenderness of the hand-chopped meat perfectly contrasted with the crispy garnish. Each subsequent dish confirmed this exceptional level. I turned to my friend and simply said, "You were right." Impeccable service.

Or go to Siena every now and then, and you'll find a place that makes you feel at peace with the world. And this is one of them. Let's start with one thing: the cured meats. I've eaten countless cured meats. The ones here are from another planet. Period. Then there's the raw meat, the tartare. They play with it, creating sophisticated combinations, but the ingredients are so good they would be amazing even with just a drizzle of olive oil. But it's not just that. From the tongue to the cooked dishes, you can feel that the kitchen is staffed by dedicated people who know what they're doing. The place is small, charming, and the people serving you do so with such courtesy and kindness that make you feel at home, not just another customer. This isn't just a casual trattoria. It's a serious place, for those who care about substance. Hats off. Go, but make a reservation.

I had dinner at this restaurant and it was a great confirmation. The quality of the food is simply superb; every course is delicious. The tongue was fantastic, and the tartare was truly superior. The service was impeccable, with welcoming, kind, and very attentive staff. The space is small but elegant and welcoming, perfect for a quiet evening. I highly recommend making a reservation, given the small size of the restaurant.

A real discovery, we had it next to the hotel and we went to try it and we were delighted, we ordered a mixed platter of typical cold cuts, and for the main course a tartar that was delicious, the truth is that without knowing it we were very happy and I recommend it 100%.

It's so nice to find them! Everything we ordered was a 10/10.
Starting with the mixed charcuterie board, their truffle tartar, and the panna cotta for dessert. Highly recommended.
