Fontana del Cherubino is a wonderful place mainly because of the owner, Mr. Mario. He is a wonderful man who puts his whole heart into this place, taking care of the comfort and convenience of guests. Breakfast in Italian style, a big advantage is their own products such as olive oil and lemon jam. At any time we could count on help and good advice related to sightseeing on the island. We felt at home there. The apartments are very nice. The swimming pool, although small, was a great fun for the children. The view from the terrace of the often active Etna made the evenings more pleasant. Very good location as a base for sightseeing in the eastern part of Sicily.
