Great place, with extremely courteous and friendly staff. Service is a little slow, but that's more of a problem with the size of the kitchen than staff inefficiency. Excellent sandwiches and very reasonable prices.

Highly recommended. The great thing about this place is that you fill out a form to order and they make your sandwich exactly how you like it. Delicious flavors, generous portions, and very friendly staff. We'll definitely be back!

I had a very positive experience yesterday at Tunnel Food and Drink. The food was very good and freshly prepared. The idea that customers can customize their sandwiches to their liking is a great idea. The service was friendly and pleasant, but the atmosphere was pleasant, but perhaps could be improved a little. Overall, it was a positive experience.

Located on the street between Piazza Vittoria and the Bombi Gallery, the girls offer attentive and friendly service, in addition to their beauty. You'll immediately notice the excellent quality of the ingredients; the bread is delicious and warm. The sandwiches are excellent. There's both indoor and outdoor seating. The only "downside," if you can call it that, is the limited seating inside. Definitely worth a try if you're in the area.

27/09/2025: Let's start by saying that both the tartare and the rib steak were truly excellent. Now let's consider the rest. The fact that they don't have beer, not even bottled, is a legitimate choice, but, as it was for me, it can be a bit disconcerting. When I ordered, I asked for a bottle of red wine, but it didn't come with the tartare. When they took the dish away, I didn't have time to ask, and only when the rib steak arrived did I mention it (I would have liked to sip wine throughout the meal, not just at the end). When I got the bill, I found it high (higher than I expected). In the car, I checked the receipt again and found the tartare had been priced at €75 instead of €18. I must emphasize that they promptly and apologetically refunded me the difference. In conclusion, the food is excellent, but given the level and price range they're aiming for, two setbacks are unacceptable.
19/09/2025: Good food, good service, welcoming atmosphere, excellent wine selection, good value. We'll be back.

09/11/2025: Renowned steakhouse located on Via Trieste, on the road from Monfalcone to the town of Staranzano in the province of Gorizia. This spacious, easily accessible roadside restaurant offers convenient free parking and a lovely enclosed outdoor terrace, accessible even in winter. The grill offers specialty, top-quality meats sourced from various locations and cooked with passion and professionalism. The dishes are fresh and tasty, with excellent and beautifully presented grilled meats. A selection of high-quality white and red wines are served with kindness and elegance. This rustic, welcoming restaurant is highly recommended for meat lovers!
19/10/2025: I went on a Friday and the place was empty; only later did another couple arrive. We had a tartare and a carpaccio as appetizers, plus a tasting of mixed grilled meats, side dishes of stewed potatoes and buttered spinach, and water. Everything was simply delicious, so we were surprised that the place was practically empty. When it came time to pay, we realized: €160 for two is certainly not cheap! The quality of the meats was fine, the service was fine, the professionalism was fine... everything was fine, but... still €160 for two.
