Service is the Achilles' heel of this place: rush hour, everything full, only one waitress, a retro order collection method, to say the least, long wait for food, even counting at the checkout becomes long and cumbersome. But the sandwich and chips I ate were phenomenal, they were worth the wait! So I recommend it, as long as you don't rush...

If you go to Al Tunnel don't go to eat a sandwich, go to Vesna's house, remember that. Fresh meat cooked on the spot (and you can feel it), space-saving chips and excellent service. Always a guarantee, never missed a shot in 10 years!

At the Tunnel everyone must fill in their order on the appropriate form and can customize the sandwich as they wish. It was good, it's a shame that the cheese isn't melted on the griddle but is placed cold in the sandwich and that the sandwich in general wasn't very hot. Unfortunately I have to give two stars for the environment, I had to keep my jacket on because of the cold inside. Honest prices.

Excellent food! Very friendly and helpful staff. The waiting times were a bit long but given the context of the super full place and weekend, we armed ourselves with patience and it was worth it. Highly recommended!

04/05/2025: My family's go-to restaurant when I was a little girl. Having returned after many too many years, I found the pleasantness of a place from times gone by. Excellent and discreet service. The dishes offered are excellent. A certainty is the excellent quality grilled meat cooked by the young owner who learned the "trade" superbly from his father. I was able to taste a fillet that I hadn't eaten like this for years: cooked to perfection, soft, tasty! To return!

13/06/2025: Very good meat, we had a very nice time with all the attention of the staff.
05/06/2025: Simple but very welcoming environment, very knowledgeable owner, spectacular food quality. The price is certainly demanding but it is really worth it.
