A place you have to seek out because it's certainly not something you'll fall for, nor does it want to be seen. It's clear they want you to find them. In fact, we specifically searched for a place to eat plant-based food in Alba, and it was definitely worth it. I highly recommend trying everything, from the delicious cocktails to the food. It's clear they really care about serving you things that satisfy and surprise you, things you wouldn't normally eat or drink.

Its A Great Bar with a Great Guy Who Does the Drinks. For us, one if the Best Bars out there, ever.

Unpresumptuous + thoughtful cocktails on their best behavior. Plant food you will have cravings for long afterwards. A vegan haven to enjoy with everyone! 100% for anyone with tastebuds 👌 +GF - best for 2-4 people in a group. Lowkey + chill ambiance with great music that is never too loud. This is a small cozy spot that can get busy so relax and enjoy your time! They often changes the menu…however!☝️ IF they are serving the B_BURGER…. Do yourself a favor and take it (on my last visit we stayed long enough we ordered a second burger )🤤 once he had a miso glazed eggplant dish that I still have cravings for… I have tried to recreate it at home and have gotten close but not as good as his recipe… maybe one day he will create a cookbook….? Emanuel has long been creating amazing cocktails at his previous cocktail bar SODA. He has really perfected his craft and is always experimenting with interesting seasonal ingredients and unique combinations. I am a gin and tonic girl myself, so I may recommend the gin lemongrass + pepe or the gin albicocche pepe + rosa just the right amount of sweet (these two do not taste like pepper, rather a light hit of earthy spice in the background.) for a non alcoholic beverage, the viola hibiscus tea/soda is excellent. Last tip… don’t skip dessert! Go forth! Eat plants + change the world! 💚 * Gluten free options as well so everyone can eat here together. *located inside of the historic downtown Alba, so best to park out and walk here as there are only certain hours outside cars may enter into the downtown area and parking can be extremely difficult. Eat plants!
