Great atmosphere and lovely food, the service a bit of a hit and miss, definitely not as good as it should be with me having to prompt the staff for suggestions! Their house wine is super good and great value for money for a Morellino. Pappardelle are good and so is the pecorino with truffle. The tagliata was ok. Expensive for what it is hence the overall rating

Truly excellent restaurant in Capalbio. The first courses are delicious, and the rare meat is also very well done. Prices are a little high, but worth it. Recommended!

After about 20 years of "going there," I can say that "they never miss a beat." After another 6 years, I can say that "they always hit the mark." The Easter menu demonstrated a commitment to the selection of dishes and a mature interpretation of tradition. All this was accompanied by a courtesy and professionalism in the dining room that made everyone feel at home. WELL DONE TO GASPARE AND GIANMARIA (alphabetical order). ... Today, August 20, 25, I feel the need to update this review to highlight a "small" dish interpreted with skill and imagination: a fantastic PAPPA AL POMODORO!!!

Dinner with friends at this magical restaurant with a beautiful view of the Maremma Grossetana. Excellent food cooked by Tullio and one of his sons. Impeccable table service.

The food was very good, the place and atmosphere were very nice, but it was a shame about the service and the €4.50 cover charge per person. It was full of pots and pans.

Excellent! Delicious food, we had pappa al pomodoro, crostini, wild boar cacciatore, Tullio's soup, gnocchi, and a trio of artichokes—everything was better than the last! The service was excellent. The wine list was varied and well-rounded. The host was very kind and friendly, and the waiters were very courteous, professional, and fast. The atmosphere was extremely pleasant. 5 stars overall, I highly recommend it!
