A restaurant to go and savor everything. I've truly never eaten so well! The owner is truly a delightful person, very passionate about his craft and a great truffle connoisseur. The place is a gem. It's not very large, seating 16 max, but it has the style of a Michelin-starred restaurant. We went for lunch and ordered some dishes to savor. The cod is truly one of the most incredible things ever. The premium bruschetta with double truffle is also absurd. Not to mention the tagliolini with truffle... exceptional!! For the second course, we opted for another appetizer, hand-chopped beef tartar (Fassona). Excellent with all the fruit and sauce combinations. Not to mention the desserts, which were truly worthy of a place of this kind. We had vanilla ice cream, pistachio semifreddo with truffle, and tiramisu, a revisited tiramisu that was truly excellent!! To accompany this experience, we chose a red wine, Boccatone, which enhances the flavor of the truffles sublimely. And to finish, a delicious pear cognac!! Come and you'll be captivated by an explosion of flavors and sensations.

The restaurant is worth a visit. It's a small, intimate space with just a few tables, but the food is excellent and top-quality. The friendly and courteous owner explains the dishes in great detail. Don't miss the bruschetta with olive oil and truffle, and the ravioli are simply breathtaking.

The restaurant was all to ourselves, and Claudio provided excellent explanations. Everything was delicious. At affordable prices.

Mr. Claudio is a wonderful person, he makes everything very special. His passion for truffles and his dishes, thanks to the help of his chef, are disarming. My boyfriend and I can't help but return to this fantastic place! Thank you again for your kindness and generosity!

This restaurant deserves top marks in everything. Let's start with the cuisine: thoughtful and truly delicious dishes. I recommend the scrambled eggs with black summer truffle as an appetizer, unforgettable! For the first course we ate: gnocchi with summer truffle and quadrelli del carbonaro (also with truffle). Unforgettable too. What will remain in your heart is the service: the owner of the restaurant told us about every single dish, the wine and even his story. Kindness and thoughtfulness are part of this restaurant. Correct quality/price ratio.

Pasta, carne, uova al tartufo presentati davvero bene. Cibo ottimo, compresi i dolci. Buona selezione di vini. Personale cordiale, disponibile e preparato. Ambiente raffinato. Prezzi non bassissimi.

Locale intimo, il proprietario ci accoglie sempre con il sorriso e una cordialità disarmante. Cucina con ottime materie prime cucinate con gusto, molto delicata. Non è una trattoria (con tutto il rispetto) ma un ristorantino con pochi tavoli molto curato. Ottimo.
