For those who love truffles it is an experience not to be missed

A fantastic truffle-based experience, high prices but in line with the quality offered. The manager is always super friendly, both in the restaurant and in the shop. We went on the occasion of Women's Day, and the manager gave all the ladies a very kind gift. The waiter was also kind and friendly, like the rest of the staff we met. You can really feel the passion that the manager has for his place and for his customers. Instead, speaking of dishes, they offered us a small entree, which was very good. We then had the tartare with the prized black truffle, which was an explosion of flavours, from the truffle, to the meat and the spices that were combined. As a first course, a gnocco and a tagliolini. Right portions, in fact I was even full! An experience you absolutely must try if you want to taste excellent quality truffles! I also recommend the shop if you want to bring some good truffles home. Highly recommended, we will be back. In total we spent €155 including cover charge, water, a glass of wine and coffee.

Eating differently but still respecting tradition...and if you go on the first Sunday of the month you will also catch the Campello sul Clitunno flea market...yum

place with few tables but comfortable and welcoming haute cuisine food with choice raw materials the innkeeper with his courtesy, his qualified experience and his way of welcoming customers would earn 10 stars I have some experience of venues of all levels and have never met a similar character Bravo!!!!

Molto bello questo ristorante, piccolo, ma con una atmosfera internazonale davvero particolare. Ingredienti ottimi, soprattutto il tartufo pregiato (anche se una portata con questo prezioso tubero costa almeno 32€). La preparazione, però, potrebbe migliorare. Ma un buon inizio. Coraggio!

Pochi tavoli, menù interessante anche se con pochi piatti, in replica sia con tartufo bianco che con quello nero. Assolutamente deliziosi i tagliolini al tartufo bianco, ottima la tagliata di scottona, sorprendente il gelato di vaniglia al tartufo bianco. Apprezzabile carta dei vini, sia pure con ricarico lievemente eccessivo, prezzo non francescano, ma in linea con la qualità dei prodotti, assai gradevole la compagnia del titolare, ricco di aneddoti autobiografici suggestivi. Consigliabile

I'll start with a huge thank you to Claudio for his passion, which, today, is becoming increasingly rare among restaurateurs! Excellent truffle, all really good. The tagliolini and vanilla ice cream with white truffle will remain in my memories for a very long time. I would really like to be able to visit you again Mr Claudio! Many thanks again 🙏🏻
