We are now part of the fixed menu, we enjoy it so much that it has now become a fixed destination, excellent food and exquisite staff, Massimo, very kind, I recommend it to everyone, enjoy your meal

Good food, fresh and well cooked fish. The grilled and mixed fried dishes were very good and plentiful. Slightly salty seafood tagliolini. Very kind staff. The only flaw that doesn't make me give an extra star is the neglected environment, dirty menus, super commercial oil on the table (in an area where our local oil is very good). It's a shame because the food is really good.

Nice atmosphere and quality food, fresh fish cooked well

This restaurant is really excellent for a lunch overlooking the sea. The strong point is really the location, but the food is also excellent. I really liked the seafood pasta, fresh and very tasty! The service is quite slow but very friendly.

We spent 9 days on the Conero Riviera and 3 times we went to the Latin Tropic, excellent treatment, very kind waiters, impeccable dining room manager, I think the lady at the register is the owner, really very professional and nice. Excellent food, unbeatable frying, fabulous grilled fish, the risotto is extraordinary. Excellent price quality. The external veranda can be improved, it has a breathtaking view.

Rather ordinary dishes... nothing exceptional! .. but excellent considering the prices ... with €25 I ate 2 first courses, fried food, roast, salad, sorbet and coffee..... I will definitely be back!

Sometimes I think of those five-star restaurants where they serve you shaped dishes, like a UFO flying saucer, with 5 forks and 5 knives, an aseptic environment, where in that large plate they serve you, you find a little thing that...... it's impressive just to see it; and in the end for the bill.... a full salary or almost a full salary is not enough to pay it. And then I find myself in a "normal" restaurant like this where you can eat genuine and well, without spending a lot in an idyllic setting facing the sea. It's worth it....

Excellent generous portions not expensive wonderful staff

Locale affacciato direttamente sul mare, servizio molto cordiale e preciso, buon cibo a prezzi contenuti, da provare!

Su consiglio di alcuni nostri amici, abbiamo deciso di trascorrere una domenica a pranzo presso il Tropico latino, invogliati di certo dalla bella giornata di sole e dal fatto che il ristorante si affaccia proprio sulla spiaggia tra Marcelli e Porto Recanati (di certo non la "parte" più bella della Riviera del Conero). Il menù offerto è quello classico di un trattoria di pesce "ptret a porter", quindi i soliti e stravisti antipasti di pece, primi che puntano più sulla quantità che sulla qualità, grigliata mista e fritto. Ora, se la prima parte del pranzo la valuto appena sufficiente, devo essere onesto che la grigliata offertaci era deliziosa. Sul fritto non ci siamo. Vino bianco della casa esageratamente alcolico. Il prezzo è stato giusto, circa 35 euro a persona. Trattasi di una location che non incontra il mio gusto, ma chi fosse interessato ad una mangiata di pesce, molto basica e senza troppe aspettative, lo consiglio.
