A kiosk that continues the famous Florentine tradition of the lampredotto sandwich (though the tripe salad is also excellent). The atmosphere is friendly and informal, making it a great place to fill up and enjoy a true Florentine experience at a very reasonable price.

06/10/2025: It's a quiet, friendly, and delicious cafe.
05/10/2025: I was a little disappointed with the coffee in Florence, unusual for Italy, maybe the abbundance of tourists has allowed standards to slip but, not here. A proper, old fashioned, hidden gem of a coffee house. Great cappuccino, strong flavour and well steamed milk. Along with a little pastry, a nice, relaxed start to the day.

27/09/2025: So refreshing to stumble across a spot in Florence that feels so real and unpretentious. The food is simple, hearty, and packed with flavor — and the prices are just right. The owner cooks everything himself and even gave us a little demo of how he makes his incredible tiramisu. If you’re craving a genuine, home-cooked meal in a laid-back setting, this is the place.
