My wife and I had a great time, the staff was super professional and the carbonara was one of the best I've ever tasted.

Very welcoming atmosphere. An incredible discovery, especially the tuna tataki that Marco recommended, paired with the Ripasso della Valpolicella recommended by Lorenzo. Fantastic people and impeccable service.

I had dinner with my boyfriend in a romantic setting in the alleys of Rome. The mackerel ragù lasagna Lorenzo recommended was special, as was the Martin sour Marco made for me. Thank you so much, a fantastic evening.

Nice staff, many varieties of pizzas, the food was prepared quickly and at a very reasonable price. Lovely atmosphere with the feeling of a family restaurant. A fantastically lovely older man who thanked us for the visit and welcomed us back.

A charming and intimate restaurant near Piazza Montecitorio. It offers interesting dishes and some more traditional Roman classics. The dishes were well received, and we highly recommend this restaurant for an evening in the city center.

Lunchtime under a scorching sun yet Rome is still beautiful, it does not matter where you go for food on the worst scenario you eat well! I prefetti bistrot offers a refined environment with a very young and polite staff always smiling very attentive in the service … it was too hot to eat anything but we saw on the menu “tagliolini cacio e pepe with zucchini …” we said let’s give it a go for our Roman carbohydrate olympics … the tagliolini where beautiful nice and fresh pasta made perfectly al dente with a mix of parmigiano reggiano and black Pepe very aromatic yet not overpowering & zucchini cream and on top the crunchiness of fried zucchini that gave to the whole plate an outstanding fine dining touch. I prefetti is not a pretentious bistrot; it is an eatery where the genuinity of the ingredients and the beautiful service speak quality all over. Well done beautiful experience to be repeated!!!

Piccolo delizioso bistrò al centro di Roma. Nonostante fossimo arrivati in orario tardo, siamo stati accolto con gentilezza e professionalità. Una menzione particolare a Lucas e Marco che hanno contribuito a rendere il compleanno di mia figlia speciale!! Cibo ottimo, prezzo nella norma , consigliatissimo!!!
