The staff was very friendly. We had to arrive late, and since there was no one at reception, we couldn't resolve the problem with the air conditioning not working. Everything else was fine.

Clean rooms, excellent value for money... the breakfast was excellent, the homemade desserts were excellent. The aperitif dinner was a must. A distinguishing feature: the quality of the human relationships: the staff is fantastic.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights: double room, air conditioning, TV, small balcony. Clean, tidy ensuite bathroom, slightly retro decor. Breakfast included delicious homemade cakes. Friendly and helpful staff. Good location for driving to nearby points of interest, such as Montepulciano, Pienza, and San Quirico d'Orcia.

I stopped for one night in this hotel (Saturday 14 June) passing through for a motorcycle tour. Not a very modern structure, single room but with double bed, air conditioning, TV, mini bar, terrace, in short for the more than fair price! Bistro service with à la carte menu or restaurant pizzeria practically in the same structure (next to the hotel). A special thanks for having let me park the motorbike inside the hotel courtyard in total safety.

friendly and helpful staff, Mrs. Costanza is a legendary motorcycle and GP enthusiast, always available to our needs, the rooms are clean. N. B. do not confuse the three-star hotel with the three-star trattoria, they are called the same but the quality of the trattorias is very questionable.
