Very nice and characteristic place, with easy-going and very friendly service. As a serial risotto hater I was pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of what I ate. A truly space-age rosemary and speck risotto. I'll be back.

I ate today for the first time at 3 risotto. With me my wife, my son, my daughter and my two grandchildren, what can I say was a more than positive experience, the owner Mr. Sergio, nice and affable person, everything OK!
We will consider other visits! 10👍

We tried the restaurant one evening during the week (we easily found a place without booking) and we were pleasantly satisfied both by the quality of the starter products and by the goodness of the risottos.

I still remember when in the summer, as a child, my parents took me to lunch on Sundays in the old location of this historic place, a few meters away from the current one. It was just a restaurant, much more rustic and authentic, but I still remember the risotto from which it took its name. Unfortunately something has been lost over the years, and in the change of location, but what remains is still a good product more in line with new trends perhaps. The young staff are very good and professional, the new organization of the rooms is elegant and spacious with also a good possibility of external parking and the range of dishes is well-articulated, plentiful and tasty. Be careful with the salt though!

Come promesso per i primi di settembre (che sembra in realtà novembre) veniamo ad assaggiare i risotti. Visto il clima impietoso pranziamo all’interno, sembra di tornare indietro nel tempo. Antipasto d’obbligo per ingannare l’attesa, poi arrivano sua maestà il risotto con l’ossobuco (disumano) e il risotto ai funghi (buono). Porzioni molto abbondanti e purtroppo rimane difficile affrontare una seconda portata. Rimane solo posto per il dolce ed un grappino indispensabile per sgrassare. Atmosfera piacevole e rilassata, servizio efficiente, cortese ed informale. Ideale per un pranzo domenicale in famiglia.

Di questo ristorante ne ho sempre sentito parlare a molte persone, ma sono stata li per la prima volta ieri sera.
Per prima cosa mi è piaciuta l'atmosfara entrando in questa ampia sala olluminata con maestria, l'arredamento con molte cose antiche e retrò che apprezzo sempre molto. Il cameriere molto professionale ma allo stesso modo accogliente e rilassato nel seguire tutti i clienti, in perfetta armonia con il contesto. Tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato e bevuto ottimo.
Ringrazio per questa cena che è stata divina, mai mangiato dei risotti cosi buoni e memorabili.
Torneremo di certo
