Discovered by chance, we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff. The atmosphere is well-decorated, with light colors that convey a sense of tranquility but also a pleasant sense of family warmth. The combination of ambiance and the staff's hospitality is crowned by the dishes offered, which blend tradition with a touch of innovation. The end result is a pleasant and relaxing meal in every way. Highly recommended!

Welcoming place, attentive but in my opinion too slow service, all dishes good except the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, for which I had high expectations and which instead I found very anonymous.

Our visit to Tre Galline in Canale was simply fantastic. The young ladies served us attentively, friendly, and with a lot of heart – you immediately feel welcome. The food was incredibly good, creative, imaginative, and completely different from what you'd expect. The wines paired perfectly with the dishes and rounded out the experience. Tre Galline is a place full of charm, with excellent cuisine and a great atmosphere – we were thrilled and would love to return!

The place is truly welcoming and delightful, run exclusively by capable and kind women. All the dishes we ordered were delicious and carefully plated. There's a wide selection of local wines. At Le Tre Galline, you'll find flavors and hosts from times gone by, with a touch of elegance and refinement that make this place unique and highly recommended!

I went there by chance for work, thinking it would be expensive, but it wasn't. The food was excellent, the service wasn't the fastest, but everything was freshly made. They were very kind, and even left me some free cookies. The food was excellent, and I absolutely recommend it.

Ristorante scoperto circa un anno fa. Quando vogliamo mangiare degli indimenticabili tajarin questo per noi è il posto giusto, una,cucina curata accompagnata da un ottima cantina , il tutto servito da una gentilissima padrona di casa ottimo rapporto qualità- prezzo . locale consigliatissimo.

Ristorantino semplice negli arredi ma atmosfera calda. Noi abbiamo mangiato fuori , nel prato sotto l ombrellone, si stava benissimo. Cibo veramente ottimo , piatti tradizionali ma con impronta nuova e ben presentati . Materia prima eccellente, peccato che non abbiamo mangiato i dolci ma eravamo già a tappo, mi rimarrà la voglia perché secondo me erano favolosi ! Da ritornarci ! La ragazza che ci ha servito molto giovane ancora un po’ inesperta ma gentilissima ed educatissima.

18/10/2025: My "sixth sense" for culinary temples helps me choose a place in Dogliani. Saturday is dedicated to the Feminine Universe, in a birthday mood. My eye falls on the Locanda del Sorriso, for its location, setting, and...its title, which honors a rare commodity these days: smiling. Eleonora is a treasure among the tables, spontaneously eloquent, with a smile that perfectly embodies her pleasure in welcoming. The dining room is busy, but the decibel level is very low. The à la carte menu is rich yet essential, almost as if they want a minimum of concentration on the offerings, lest they run the risk of being distracted, a real disappointment in the kitchen. The veal with tuna sauce is a compelling color, and the veal tartare and sausage have the consistency of times past. The plin with gogonzola, a curious and well-chosen variation on the traditional version, thrills her wife. I step outside the box and order fried eggs topped with shaved truffles: are we in the Langhe, or aren't we? Dogliani is the DOCG denomination for the absolute best dessert: how could I not savor a glass of it, full-bodied and structured, yet with that typical elegance of flavor that characterizes a high-quality dessert? After a quick nod to the woman's birthday, the lady surprises us by serving the desserts with the lights off and a candle on my wife's portion. The chorus of diners (pure sharing, touching!) will be with us for a long time to come. The final touch is perfectly balanced, and it couldn't be otherwise, because if the smile worked as a "bait," it should remain, even after you've paid. Truly a satisfying experience in every way. I took the usual notes: I'll return without any ifs or buts...
