A real discovery in Asiago! This place managed to positively surprise me with an excellent overall performance, combining authentic flavors and originality. The starters are particularly interesting, with a special mention for the "Spritz" (see first photo), a creative and delicious proposal.
The game is a real strong point, cooked and served impeccably. To complete the experience, a selection of excellent wines.
The welcoming atmosphere and attention to detail make this place an unmissable stop for those looking for quality cuisine. Absolutely recommended!!

Siamo tornati oggi al Tre Fonti, istituzione di Contrada Rodeghieri ed Asiago.
Due adulti e due bambini.
Accolti dal solito calore umano, e dalla cortesia della proprietaria Manuela che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa, abbiamo scelto all’interno del menu solo in apparenza semplice, radicato nella tradizione e nei sapori antichi, ma dal risultato culinario mai banale.
Val la pena menzionare il tortino alla zucca, il piccione ripieno, e la tagliata cotta sotto i nostri occhi nel caminetto alle nostre spalle, spettacolare come sempre (se l’ha divorata mia figlia…).
Tutto buonissimo.

I had a great meal, I would have given the service 6 stars but I don't have the chance! A cozy place, with great menu.
we wanted to return the next day but there was no room. Super recommended!

We had lunch in this restaurant a week ago, the food was good, not particularly plentiful, the only thing that reading the other reviews based on the price range was we expected a bill in a range between 30/40 euros unfortunately the bill was much higher and honestly overdone for what we ate.

Small but very nice and welcoming place. Cuisine with typical but revisited dishes and with seasonal ingredients. Excellent homemade pasta with rabbit ragout. The venison stew is also very good. Service 10 and praise. Highly recommended

The place appears warm and beautiful right from the entrance, the lit fireplace creates a very pampering atmosphere, the staff is very kind and friendly. Well, you have to try the food, because it is delicious, from the appetizer to the dessert. Definitely a restaurant worth trying and my son, my husband and I will be back without a doubt.
P.S. you can find it in the airport area. I recommend booking, because it doesn't have many tables

Locale intimo e molto curato, personale gentile e professionale, cibo di ottima qualità. Ci siamo fatti consigliare per assaporare i prodotti locali ed è stato tutto di nostro gradimento. La carne cotta nel camino della sala dove eravamo seduti e’ stata una bella sorpresa. (Senza il minimo odore!) come selvaggina avevano il cervo, che ho trovato molto buono. Il conto in linea con la qualità dei prodotti.
