Excellent, elegant and welcoming

We were two of us on Saturday evening, having made a reservation. Renato greeted us in a very kind and friendly manner. The decor is rustic, with truly unique and vintage pieces, but the atmosphere is that of an elegant restaurant. Renato himself treated us with kid gloves, explaining the dishes and, most importantly, explaining that everything was homemade, from the bread to the fresh pasta, and that the vegetables came from their own garden. The fireplace was beautiful, where he and his colleague (the only ones serving) cooked the meat and polenta squares themselves, which were incredibly crispy and not greasy. The quality of the dishes was truly high, and there was a wide selection of wines as well. If I had to find a small flaw, it might be the slightly expensive price: €93 for two appetizers, a soup, a first course, two glasses of wine, and a bottle of water...but these days, prices in more refined establishments are like that. Still, it's recommended, keeping in mind that the menu includes several Calabrian dishes, not just Venetian cuisine.

I'd say you couldn't ask for anything better. We had a great time. The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff were friendly, and the food was delicious! It deserves 6 stars. The prices are fair. I recommend eating at this restaurant.

We went for dinner at this restaurant, where we'd been years ago. The atmosphere was once again warm, with a lovely open fireplace. We ate very well, and the service was very professional, yet at the same time made you feel at home.

Beautiful, welcoming location. Renato and Manuela were wonderful, in every way! The dishes were meticulously prepared and the ingredients were top-quality. Highly recommended.

Il ristoranteTre Fonti rappresenta un’eccellenza dell’Altopiano di Asiago. Con la mia famiglia ho cenato in un atmosfera da fiaba, caminetto con carne alla brace e piatti “super”. Personale attento e gentile, molto discreto ma sempre attento e disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato.

Uno dei miei preferiti ad Asiago, posto che amo. Il locale è intimo e molto accogliente, curato nei minimi dettagli. L'arredamento, il caminetto acceso e la cura dei tavoli...tutto trasmette una sensazione di armonia e attenzione al cliente. È il tipo di ambiente in cui ti senti a tuo agio fin dal primo momento. La cucina è eccellente, con piatti di grande qualità che rispettano la tradizione locale senza rinunciare a un tocco creativo. Ogni portata è preparata con ingredienti genuini e servita con una cura che si nota. Il personale è gentile, sorridente e professionale. Il servizio è sempre attento ma mai invadente, e tutto è gestito con una grazia che rende l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Rispecchia l’anima di Asiago, autentico, caloroso e di grande classe. Ci sono posti che vorresti tenere solo per te, e questo è uno di quelli.
