Trattoria like it used to be, traditional Bolognese cuisine deserves top marks. It's not a fancy restaurant, but the added value here is tradition, good food as it was once made: excellent tortellini, tagliatelle with amazing ragù, lasagna, zuppa inglese—everything is excellent.
Everything is handmade by these two sisters, continuing the family tradition, bringing honor to the tradition and value of our city's food in Bologna.

Don't walk past this restaurant. After a week in Bologna we found this place which is run by a gastronomic polymath. It was packed. Pasta very fresh with perfect ragu. Roasted guinea fowl with fried endive was possibly the nicest I've ever eaten. Dessert was roasted peaches in chocolate sauce. Wine was unobtainable local vineyard quality. Service rolls Royce. The lady that runs the place made us feel very welcome and I would like to say a big thank you for your food and hospitality.

Excellente table. Cuisine traditionnelle locale et maison. Je suis italien et j'ai pu apprécier à sa juste valeur. Mets simplement exquis et naturels. Service cordial et en même temps professionnel et rapide. Tout très bon et très juste, le sourire en plus. Prix plus que correct. Adresse à retenir.
