Excellent Bolognese trattoria. We stumbled upon it by chance and immediately found the staff very kind and friendly. The food was good: tortellini, probably handmade, with excellent broth and very tasty, delicious, and easily digestible vegetables. A good house wine, bottled, was also available, and the atmosphere was warm, pleasant, and very clean. Congratulations.

It's true that it's difficult to eat badly in Bologna, but here it's impossible. With just a few dishes on the menu, you're guaranteed seasonal, carefully prepared dishes. The tagliatelle with ragù is a must. And for dessert, if you're lucky and it's the day, a tart with homemade cherries. In the warmer months, they have a small, tastefully furnished courtyard.

Very nice restaurant, fast service, friendly staff. The pasta was delicious, from tagliatelle to tortellini, excellent, and the main courses were excellent. Definitely worth returning. Congratulations! 👏👏

A historic trattoria serving typical Bolognese cuisine, faithfully reproducing traditional dishes. As a Bolognese, I can say that the dishes often remind me of my grandmother's. Highly recommended!

If you're looking for a charming restaurant in the heart of Bologna, Trattoria Zita isn't for you: the dishes here are exquisitely local and cooked "Bolognese" style. The rabbit is excellent, the veal with tuna sauce is beautifully seasoned, and the side dishes are excellent. Good value. Definitely worth a try...you won't be disappointed, either, with the local wine by the carafe.

We went to this restaurant spontaneously on a Thursday evening and luckily got a table (the rest were booked). The food was tasty, but the portions were a bit small, and the menu was only handwritten in Italian on a blackboard (it only listed the main courses).

Excellente table. Cuisine traditionnelle locale et maison. Je suis italien et j'ai pu apprécier à sa juste valeur. Mets simplement exquis et naturels. Service cordial et en même temps professionnel et rapide. Tout très bon et très juste, le sourire en plus. Prix plus que correct. Adresse à retenir.
