DOC Bolognese cuisine, excellent quality food.
If you want to eat well, hearty and Bolognese this is the right place! Even ancient dishes for example baked guinea fowl.
Tagliatelle with meat sauce are SPA ZIA LI!!!
A defect? It's a little expensive, but still in line with the restaurants in the city.
What a meal!!!

Very quaint, clean and nicely decorated trattoria, it gives a very homey feeling. The only thing missing in my opinion, is some background music.
As for the food, everything we ordered was well presented and delicious. The pasta was cooked just right and all the flavors were well balanced.
The waitress was a bit serious, but was very courteous and attentive towards for our needs.
Prices were average for a local restaurant.

A name... a guarantee! Even in Bologna if you read "Zita" on the sign, stop! It is synonymous with good home cooking, friendly staff and reasonable prices! Enjoy your meal! 😋

On a Friday at midday without a reservation for 2 we took a risk but they welcomed us with a smile and we ate 2 first courses tagliatelle with Bolognese sauce and excellent fresh pasta. Wonderful veal main courses. There is no parking in the immediate vicinity but it is a 5 minute walk away. Better to book in any case. Around €35 each including drinks and coffee, no dessert because we were full. Well spent and satisfied.

Italian trattoria with your own pasta. If you want to eat Italian, come to Trattori Zita. Al ragu very good. The pastas are simply great. The staff speaks English and you can pay by card without any problems.

Avevate detto che le lasagne erano finite invece. Sono arrivate al tavolo dopo di noi !! 🤣🤣

Veloce, ma apprezzato, pranzo di lavoro: tagliatelle al ragù e cicoria ripassata con aglio e peperoncino ... tutto ottimo.
Ambiente rustico, servizio cordiale, prezzi assolutamente adeguati.
Assolutamente da tenere in considerazione quando si è in zona.
