We went to Zia Rosa for the first time for Easter lunch. Everything was impeccable: the 50 euro menu included seven typical local starters (particular mention for the ricotta and orange ravioli and pancotto Gravinese), two first courses, mixed grill with a side of baked potatoes, dessert (decomposed tiramisu, cheesecake and zeppola), fruit compote, coffee, bitters and drinks included. All the dishes, although traditional, were presented in an original and refined way.
Friendly and helpful owner and staff, beautiful location, efficient service. Absolutely recommended.

All dishes are hot and excellent. Of course the starters are all based on eggs and vegetables, the mixed meat only white meat, pork and lamb, therefore the cost is adequate or perhaps slightly higher than the materials used. I paid €9 for a plate of simple spaghetti with tomato sauce for the little girl and I must say that this left a bitter taste in my mouth...

It is a restaurant in all respects, excellent food, excellent value for money. They offered us cooked bread, (very good) as it was eaten years ago in the Apulian tradition. I tried the tagliolini with grass peas and cardoncelli mushrooms, I definitely recommend it. Tasty sliced beef. They also offered us very good baked potatoes. Highly recommended.

The restaurant confirms the more than positive notes I knew. Sunday menu at a fixed price and with non-changeable courses. Good and varied quality, overall more than good but not excellent. Worthy of note is the punctual and very courteous service

Bell'ambiente, pulito e curato nei dettagli. Cucina eccellente caratterizzata da piatti tipici eseguiti magistralmente con cura per i dettagli, sia nei sapori che nell'impiattamento. Gli antipasti in modalità degustazione che ci sono stati portati sono stati uno migliore dell'altro. Non esprimo commenti sul prezzo perché il pranzo ci è stato offerto da chi ci ospitava. Ottima esperienza nel complesso.

Siamo stati a cena con amici,devo dire che siamo stati benissimo.
Il personale di sala è stato gentilissimo e professionale ed io cibo era ottimo.
Il pan cotto mi ha fatto innamorare,tutto buonissimo!
