We went to this trattoria on the recommendation of a friend.
The service was certainly friendly but not attentive (a napkin was missing and we had to close it three times; when the second one arrived, the cutlery was missing and we had to wait for the third waiter to get it).
The food was quite good, but with some flaws: spaghetti with clams soaked in water and oil, pasta with sausage and mushrooms with no sausage, and finally, the anchovy bones in the pasta with turnips.
We ordered a center-cut steak, and the plate arrived large enough for one person.

The years pass, the dishes change, but the owners' professionalism, elegance, and friendliness, along with the deliciousness of their dishes, remain the hallmarks of this Trattoria. I encourage you to come at least once, and then it will become a regular for you too.

In the land of the ravines of Puglia, a good restaurant to meet up and taste the typical products of the area all together.
Home cooking without frills or pretensions, brings the palate back to savoring those typical products of the past always welcome and tasty. Family atmosphere that, especially during the Christmas holidays, helps the decorated rooms a lot to not be boring to the sight.
Good service, agile and friendly, always ready to satisfy the guest. Excellent value for money

Locale pulitissimo e ordinato, elegante ma senza strafare, molto belle le volte a stella in pietra a vista. Di passaggio con ancora tanti chilometri da fare, abbiamo optato per due menù fissi da 25 euro ciascuno e, ad essere sinceri, non avevamo chissà quali aspettative. Invece abbiamo mangiato davvero bene: diversi antipasti contadini, pasta fresca con cicerchie, salsicce grigliate con patate al forno, frutta tagliata e dolcetto. Il tutto accompagnato da un sorprendente rosso della casa di origine foggiana. A questo punto non resta che augurarsi di poter tornare ma senza fretta.
