Great ambiance, excellent food, and on top of that, even though there was a huge line of people waiting to get a table, they were able to organize and properly serve the clients. Couldn't ask for more.

The restaurant is spacious and organized. The grilled meat was very delicious as was the salmon.

I would take a plane to Florence just to go to eat here, without a doubt, it has been the place where we have really been able to try real Italian food

On a day trip to Florence, I ate both lunch and dinner at Zaza. I ordered Aperol Spritz, Hugo Spritz, shrimp pasta, carbonara, T-bone steak, and one more pasta recommended by the server. In particular, the shrimp pasta and T-bone steak were really delicious!!!! The shrimp pasta was so delicious that I changed my plan and came back to have it for dinner.
It was very popular, but there are a lot of tables so you don't have to make a reservation on weekdays. (I guess it’s Kebab Kale?)
There are some servers who are kind and some who treat me roughly, but I never felt rude.
And the bread before the meal is really tasteless (no taste).

In the heart of Florence, the wait to eat is really worth it, I personally ate the trio of soups, and the Florentine was sublime.

The fettuccine is highly recommended
Stir-fried spinach is different from Taiwanese
I thought it was garlic but it was actually a bit sour.
The dessert caramel pudding is very delicious.

Passando un week end a Firenze siamo stati in questo ristorante.
Cibo genuino, location fantastica e personale molto attento e gentile col cliente.
Io e mia moglie abbiamo preso un tagliere di salumi e formaggi, un piatto di pappardelle al sugo di cinghiale (più cinghiale che pappardelle 😉) ed un tris di minestre : pappa al pomodoro, zuppa di farro e fagioli e la ribollita.
Da bere 2 bottiglie d’acqua.
Per quanto mi riguarda lo consiglio… non ve ne pentirete ☺️

Non e’ la prima recensione che scrivo su questo ristorante, ma la riscrivo perché ogni volta mi stupisce. Siamo stati per una cena di lavoro il locale era pieno ci una cosa in attesa. 600 coperti e oltre. Siamo stati accolti e posizionati come richiesto in un angolo tranquillo . Servizio velocissimo eccellente puntuale. Abbiamo scelto un antipasto con molti assaggi, non tutto memorabile ma veloce e buono complessivamente. Fiorentina pazzesca e consiglio di prenderne 2 in 5 onestissimo. Dolce buono conto assolutamente buono! Mi colpisce sempre come si riesca ad avere un servizio così attento e veloce e una qualità così alta con tutti quei coperti non riescono nell’impresa ristoranti von 20 coperti complimenti nuovamente!!!!
