I stayed for two nights in Florence and ate there twice. It was so good I couldn’t risk trying something new 🤍 it’s an absolute must try!

Rosemary steak? Was it? I ordered a regular steak instead of a teabon steak, and it was very delicious! Please try asking! And the carbonara pasta had a bit of a strong taste. For your reference! ______ Visited 2 days in a row. 2025.1.1 This time, at my husband's request, I decided to order the T-bone steak. The T-bon steak was too big for two people, and it took a lot of strength to cut the meat, which was a bit tiring. The taste was delicious, but yesterday's meat might have been better value for money. Bolognese is very bad. . . I will never ask you again. I ordered it because it looked delicious after reading the reviews, but it was a big mistake. Be sure to order the clam soup. So delicious! ! ! The truffle fries were mediocre and mediocre.

Simply perfect! We ordered the gorgonzola gnocchi with black truffle and spaghetti with shrimp and they were divine!

I was hesitant to come, we had review from good friends from the USA. So i said we are close lets try. Had the ossobuco and steak tartar. The ossobuco arrives like a crown jewel, braised to perfection, its marrow daring you to leave decorum at the door and savor it the way it’s meant to be: unapologetically which i did sucked the hell outvof it; The meat? Tender enough to cut with a spoon, drenched in a sauce that’s somehow both delicate and bold, blending with hints of citrus, garlic, and the kind of tomatoes that taste like they’ve soaked in Tuscan sun for centuries. Pair it with creamy mashed potatoes so smooth and rich they could stand alone, and you’re faced with a plate that’s the culinary equivalent of poetry. Then came the beef tartare, served like an unapologetic ode to the primal beauty of raw, quality meat. It’s not dressed up or pretentious. No, this was meat so fresh it could almost tell its own story, mixed just enough with capers, mustard, and a whisper of olive oil to let the beef take center stage. The only thing missing was the yelliw yoke of a quil egg. Each bite hit with clarity, the kind of flavor that doesn’t scream—it simply states its case with quiet, undeniable authority. At Trattoria Zaza, meals aren’t just served—they’re orchestrated, each dish a reminder of why Tuscany has become more than a destination. It’s a pilgrimage. Food like this doesn’t just fill you up; it stays with you, a lingering hum of satisfaction that reminds you why you fell in love with eating in the first place. I can tell you Betty is in Gastro-Heaven...happy wife happy life. Our server who was awesome deserves the credit. She was as great as they come. Beautiful restaurant in Florence. Very big, they gave them a table waiting for only 1 minute without having a reservation. Very friendly and professional waiter. Very good food. Antipasti was great. Good price

It is the second time that we come to the restaurant and we will continue coming every time we are in Florence, beautiful place, excellent food, very good wines, definitely recommended, just do not expect the best service, since the waiters are unpleasant, very rude and bloody, Other than that everything is great!

We went on December 31st around 2:30 p.m. and we didn't have to wait long since they have a huge place. The food is quite good value for money. The pasta carbonara was good but I've had better.
