Una particolare trattoria dove ritrovare un ambiente familiare, per cui intimità e freschezza nel prodotto, presentato su una lavagnetta come ai vecchi temp. Inoltre personale gentile propone con minuziosità il suo lavorato.

Beh poco da commentare e molto da assaggiare in questo locale (pochi piatti con crostino allo sgombro sempre in menu) che interpetra i piatti con una ricercata semplicita' nel concetto sottostante " la materia prima (pesce) e' fresca,non roviniamola con intrugli var per far vedere che siamo degli artisti in cucina" Tutta la mia stima anche per il rapporto qualita' prezzo nonostante i costi crescenti giornalieri....trattoria stellata anche per questo! Bravi!

01/10/2023: I only finished the starter and for me it's already 5 stars. Perfect service that you don't expect from a place next to the beach. However, I saw really well prepared dishes passing by, well done fish risotto. Absolutely worth trying.
25/09/2023: The beach is beautiful and well equipped, it can be reached quite easily on foot from the Sirolo square, going down some fairly steep stairs. The staff very kind and helpful. The food is quite good at the restaurant, simple fish or meat dishes, fast service. The Ascoli olives were very good, the ravioli with prawns and scampi cream were a little disappointing: the prawns were excellent, the scampi cream was made with the addition of vegetable cream. Honest prices
