Wonderful restaurant, and the pasta was magical! My husband and I were traveling in the Swiss Alps and made a special trip to Italy just to eat pasta! This little restaurant looked unremarkable from the outside, we discovered it completely by chance because we pulled into the parking lot next door. There aren't many tables inside, but there's enough space to feel really comfortable. The decor is very cozy and informal - almost as if you were sitting in the living room of good friends! The staff is incredibly attentive, but not intrusive. They speak many languages ​​and respond very sensitively to the guests' wishes. My husband and I were craving pasta carbonara, but it wasn't on the menu. The chef came to us personally, greeted us warmly and invited us to dinner. The pasta he prepared for us was simply sensational! Yes, this might be a simple dish for many, but my husband and I love it and the way the chef cooked it for us was really applause worthy! In short: we are absolutely thrilled! We heartily recommend this restaurant and invite everyone to stop by and enjoy the food. A very big thank you to the entire team and the boss for the wonderful emotions and culinary delights!

Attratta dalla recensione, pranziamo in famiglia una domenica. Antipasto "tavolozza" non di nostro gusto ma è soggettivo, molto buoni invece i salumi. Risotto alla toma ci ha veramente deluso, perché non c'era proporzione tra il riso, che era e si sentiva pochissimo rispetto alla grande quantità di toma (sembrava solo di mangiare formaggio fuso). Molto buono e tenero il cervo. Dolci buoni e una lode va alla torta fatta in casa cioccolato e pere con vaniglia e panna.

We eat at Vigezzina at least twice a year and I confirm that the food is always excellent. The meat is spectacular. The reviews speak for themselves. Andrea is a great chef!!!!

Excellent experience, we will be back! We had dinner at this restaurant out of curiosity and were really impressed. The main dish, the Chateaubriand, was simply spectacular: very tender meat, perfectly cooked and well-matched side dishes. A dish that is truly worth the visit! A special thanks to Silvia, our waitress, who with her smile, her professionalism and her attention made us feel welcomed and looked after throughout the evening. It is rare to find such friendly and genuine service. Congratulations to all the staff, you will see us again soon!

Siamo stati in questo locale perché eravamo curiosi visto che ne parlano così bene…locale molto intimo carino ma soprattutto pulito ,personale accogliente e attento alla cura del cliente…abbiamo visto durante la serata lo chef che entrava in sala per dare il benvenuto ma anche per visionare se tutto andava bene…complimenti allo chef e al suo staff per il suo grandioso risotto al bettelmat mantecato benissimo davvero eccellente,alla chateaubriand accompagnata da castagne,patate gratinate e verdure e la sua salsina bernese top,la carne una bontà unica con quella crosticina davvero goduriosa…non mi aspettavo un trattamento cosi!Sono e siamo stati super soddisfatti …per concludere questa splendida serata un ottimo caffè con due biscotti e un gin tonic…da ritornarci sicuramente!Non rimarrete delusi provare per credere…da buona intenditrice😉
