Disappointment, given the type of restaurant and the prices I expected a lot. The starters were excellent, but the first courses (two out of two) were totally wrong. The pacheri were so al dente that you had to use a knife to break them, the tagliatelle served with an enormous amount of ragù that unbalanced the dish (at least 3 portions were served). It also seemed stretched with bechamel like taste, it wasn't good. It's probably good for meat lovers, we didn't take the second course, but the dishes are very beautiful to look at. Sin

After a long time I managed to have dinner in the restaurant of the famous Chatebriand and so much waiting has its reason! Unforgettable!

Wonderful Chateaubriand with side dishes. The tiramisu and homemade cake are great, too. The staff is amazing and presents the menu very well. Thank you for this lovely experience!

Highly recommend! Reserved a table through phone. Nobody answered my call, however within 5 minutes the phone rang, they called me back. Kind waitress called, reservation went smooth. Turned up, very kind staff and the chef himself welcomed us! Food was delicious! Wine was perfect, service was excellent 👌 Easily the best place in the region!

Siamo stati in questo locale perché eravamo curiosi visto che ne parlano così bene…locale molto intimo carino ma soprattutto pulito ,personale accogliente e attento alla cura del cliente…abbiamo visto durante la serata lo chef che entrava in sala per dare il benvenuto ma anche per visionare se tutto andava bene…complimenti allo chef e al suo staff per il suo grandioso risotto al bettelmat mantecato benissimo davvero eccellente,alla chateaubriand accompagnata da castagne,patate gratinate e verdure e la sua salsina bernese top,la carne una bontà unica con quella crosticina davvero goduriosa…non mi aspettavo un trattamento cosi!Sono e siamo stati super soddisfatti …per concludere questa splendida serata un ottimo caffè con due biscotti e un gin tonic…da ritornarci sicuramente!Non rimarrete delusi provare per credere…da buona intenditrice😉

Oggi sabato 12/10/2024 a pranzo in due Tutto compreso - vino bottiglia di MUNALOSS 18euro Conto che si attesta a euro. 155,040.= Ritorno dopo un paio d’anni in questo locale dello chef ANDREAJANNI a Masera. Ci tengo subito a ringraziare la carinissima e gentilissima cameriera che ci ha accompagnato al tavolo nella saletta come da mia richiesta. Grazie. Tutto lo staff e’ stato veramente affabile e premuroso. Prima dell’inizio del servizio lo chef ANDREA JANNI e’ venuto a salutarci e a ringraziarci anticipatamente e la cosa non ha potuto che farci piacere. Avevo alcune cose da chiedergli ma rimando alla prossima occasione. Le nostre scelte sono state dettate e finalizzate,da e per, la portata principale: LA SONTUOSA CHATEAUBRIAND con SALSA BERNESE servita al tavolo, con contorno di tortino di patate al gratin, cavolo rosso in insalata al profumo di agrumi e castagne glassate al vino rosso. I CONTORNI non sono inclusi e si pagano a parte. Qualità eccelsa ed altrettanto perfetta preparazione, presentazione e servizio. Euro 34 + 5 per i contorni, a persona, ma li vale tutti. Con tale portata, bene abbiamo fatto ad optare per solo l’antipasto: un crostone di pane brioches ed il meglio del foie gras e datteri per me e per mia moglie la trilogia di foie gras, con pera cotta al Prunent e cannella (scaloppa/crostone e gelato al foie gras) Per finire caffè e gin tonic defatigante gentilmente offerto dallo chef. Chateubriand a parte, i prezzi sono nella norma e quanto riportato nella carta esposta on Line corrisponde fedelmente al menù presentato, che però on Line manca di prezzi e questo credo sia un punto negativo. Il cliente deve sapere a quale spesa andrà incontro sempre. La ritengo una forma di rispetto prioritaria e doverosa. Parere personale.C’è anche una proposta giornaliera e l’opzione “.grattata” tartufo. Il locale è piacevole, poltroncine confortevoli, mise en place corretta. Servizio corretto e personale molto cordiale e simpatico con un bel sorriso che non guasta mai. Si capisce che il patron chef JANNI ha ben istruito l’intera brigata. Esperienza più che positiva.
