The tradition of this place dates back to a time lost elsewhere. (But there is air conditioning) the dishes are the excellence of the area. For some time now they have been making gnocco Fritto as an appetizer even on weekends. The Butter Flakes Knife will change your life. Mrs. Vittoria is our "Imma woman" in the kitchen.

We return after a year with a group of friends... but we notice a drop in the level of quality and service: - The fried cake in the basket had some hot pieces and some cold ones, a sign that it had been recycled and mixed with the fresh one. - we took 3 bottles of Vernizzotto wine (a gutturnio with reversed doses): the first bottle was almost not sparkling at all, as we drank it we noticed this thing a little and when we took the second, which was perfect, we realized that the first was a perhaps a waste from lunch... opened by mistake and left open until dinner. - the tortelli had an excess of butter sauce, I drank a lot during the night (which didn't happen the previous times) - tiramisu very alcoholic and too soaked.. (it would be a good idea to put cocoa powder on top, not topping).. Prices ok. Let's hope for better next time.

What can I say? Excellent food, impeccable service, reasonable price. The best trattoria in the Lower Parma area, Frascarolo, a fantastic village for its local delicacies and delicacies cooked with skill and wisdom by the great and inexhaustible cook.
