Everything we ate was wonderful but even better that it was a truly fantastic Italian meal that just happened to be gluten free, without fuss or feeling you were in a niche restaurant. The bread was fab, the filled pastas were amazing, the saltimbocca on the daily menu was lovely, the puddings were great - it was all reasonably priced, the draft gf beers were great. The non gf children enjoyed everything they ate. If only we could have this in England…

Excellent food, especially appreciated by celiac customers.
Everything is homemade and gluten-free, but full of flavor. Excellent appetizers. Warm welcome, very friendly staff, and fast service.

What can I say? Everything was perfect, congratulations. 🫶 Are you looking for a gluten-free and lactose-free place where you can eat well and at fair prices? You can count on this place, not to mention the helpfulness and kindness of the staff. Really good. Completely satisfied. If only there were a place like this in Rome! Everything is completely gluten-free and lactose-free, and the quality is amazing!! The bread is exceptional; I never would have guessed it was gluten-free! The pizza is excellent, and the desserts are just as good! Highly recommended if you live in Bologna or are coming on vacation.

My favorite restaurant I have been to in Italy. I’ve eaten here three times in the last 2 years and every thing I have tried is great.
My favorites are the tortellini in brodo, the beef cheek with polenta, and their ragú alla bolognese.
I have not tried the pizza here yet, but it looks good.
Also their house wines rule. Both the pignoletto and sangiovese are incredibly drinkable and they are generous with their pours.

Una goduria per la vista e per il palato! Personale cordiale, servizio veloce (nonostante il locale pieno), porzioni abbondanti (l’antipasto e la frittura l’abbiamo mangiata in 4 )

Torniamo spesso in questo ristorante, in cui tutto, ma proprio tutto, è gluten free. Stavolta, oltre alla meravigliosa cotoletta petroniana (da dividere almeno in due, per la grandezza e la ricchezza degli ingredienti) e al tagliere, immancabile con lo gnocco fritto, abbiamo provato le pizze, davvero una sorpresa per morbidezza e varietà di ingredieti. ritorneremo ancora.
